I found this 2015 equinox on cars.com. I contacted the dealership and Chris was our salesperson. He was professional, courteous, thorough, went over and beyond on his service. He helped me find the best deal. I will promote to friends and family to check here if looking for a car.

I like the look. Was looking at an AWD model. 20-30mpg going from a 12mpg truck. I recommend the leather interior quality seemed better than cloth for sure
Great service james was very helpful and very efficient in finding the right car for me with a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend. Number one dealer
Annoying noise from plastic rear bumper on highway

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
They were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. From the first phone call to payment and delivery of the exact vehicle I wanted; a straightforward process and good experience.

Another dud from General Motors

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
Trying to get a response from the financial department is terrible. Have been trying to reach him for two months. I wrnt to the dealership to speak to him and he didn't give me a moment of his time.
Very comfortable but MPG is terrible.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
I drive over 300 miles to come to this dealership and these service consultants specifically. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I trust these guys completely with anything my car needs- they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need

I’m waiting to sign the papers to buy a 2015 Acadia AWD SLE-2. Took it for a test drive and it has what I want for my family. I can’t wait to take it home!
Jeremy was my salesperson and he was very helpful and patient. He showed me many cars and helped me to make a choice that met my needs. Financing was great too.

I have the very last extended cab 2500HD 4x4 Sierra from the Fort Wayne factory before it closed. I loved it new and love it now. No issues out of the 6.0 Vortec engine or 6 speed. Will not replace it with the newer model. Fuel economy predictably poor @ 15/17, approach angle poor for off road.
Jenn is the best ever! Ladies please buy your car from here if your looking for someone with honesty and integrity. I truly felt like she cared about me as a person and not just a client. I am a customer forever as long as Jenn is there. She sets the standard!

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
I have to say at first I didn’t love my service experience with infiniti. They did however bring in a new service rep by the name of Antonio and he has since gone above and beyond for my family and our vehicle. We love coming to the dealer now for any inquiries and I trust Antonio will always do what’s best for our car. Would definitely recommend infiniti of beachwood with Antonio running the show!

This is my 4th Yukon and can't say enough about the quality of their vehicles. Comfortable and all the bells and whistles. Love the body style of the 2011 instead of the 2018 square body
Great dealership to work with. I found the HHR on the internet, called and worked a deal before I even went to look at. I live about 150 + miles away. The dealership was upfront on everything they said about the car, and was very easy to work with over the phone and in person. One of the best experience I had in car buying. All dealerships should be like this.
The 4 cylinder is a low maintenance SUV

The past 4 years with this vehicle have been reliable. I've been able to save gas while having the space to move around with family or to other cities, the interface is simple and straight forward, so knowing when a oil change is coming to maintain the vehicle to good performance helped me a lot.
The power steering is electronic so there is no need to check for fluids there, the wheel is always soft and easy to drive.
Though we had to travel all over to find that best car at the best dealership. Found a gem less than a mile away. Best value convertible of all the premium cars was at Sims. Bought a Cascada and get compliments on its style usually every time we we go out,..For real. We couldn't take delivery because new concrete was just poured. They kept it for three weeks mostly in the showroom even though it possed serious sales issues. Would recommend Sims in a heartbeat. Oh by he way...,the 19 seconds to open or close the top is awesome ¿¿¿

Love this truck

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.

At age 55 my first ever new vehicle

I've had midsize SUV's before and I like the larger door size, cargo space, and so forth. So the Terrain seemed to be a logical model to test, and I was impressed with the test drive and bought it. After a year I've been pretty happy with it but a couple of things stand out. The back seat does not fold flat to increase cargo space and this seems to be kind of ridiculous and to spoil the whole idea. And recently I had to have the fuel pump replaced under warranty, because of using E85 fuel, which the service manager told me is not good for the fuel systems despite this being a flex-fuel vehicle. The other thing is that while I was happy with the 4-cylinder engine at first, I now wish I'd opted for the V6 as the car is kind of out of its element in highway driving. Don't get me wrong, it will get you there, but my foot is on the floor a lot more often than I'd prefer. If I trade this one off in the next few years I'll definitely opt for the V6. Overall I am very pleased with it.
We bought a new car in Jan. Kevin was a great salesman. Explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted!

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
