I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Every individual at this dealership was very kind, understanding, and committed to helping me leave the dealership completely statisfied with my purchase and payment. They were courteous and sensitive to my needs and I left extremely happy and pleased. They really did above the average dealer to help their customer. The general manager worked very hard to get me low interested rates, a do able payment, low down, and 100% satisfaction. The dealer did not try to sell me something I did not want. He worked very hard to help me find the car that was mine. And the financing manager was kind and worked fast. We worked with Oscar on our truck deal. We drove over an hour to look at the trucks on his lot and found one that we loved so we pressed forward and applied and weren't expecting to get approved as my husband and I are both rebuilding our credit after a rough past couple years and we were approved!! Not only that but with a rate that we could afford and was a wayyy better rate than any major dealership would've offered us! Though it took us a few days to actual finish the deal on our truck (due to our own circumstances) I highly recommend Quality Pre Owned of Roseville for your auto purchases!! We got a great deal on our truck! Most places over price their vehicles, all of the vehicles on Oscar's lot are priced at market value or lower.
New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
Initially when we arrived, no one helped us and we actually wanted help. One person did acknowledge us and said he would let someone know we needed assistance as he was with a client. The other person that was with a client and right by us said nothing. It wasn't a big deal because usually we are attacked when we go on a lot...this was polar opposite. The man who acknowledged us came back out, noticed that we still hadn't been helped and said he could help us know since he was done with his client. We really appreciated that he initially just said something to us and didn't just ignore us. His name was Seamus, not sure of the spelling.
I went in, expressed exactly what my family wanted/needed, and the fair price we would pay. We were in and out in less than two hours, without having to deal with any bull haggling! It was actually refreshing.
Elvis was our Service contact for our last visit and he was the best! There was a tear in the leather of our ATS where there was a crease in the leather. The ATS is only 2.5 years old and we were not happy about the leather deteriorating. Thanks to Elvis, the tear was going to be a one-time, non-warranty fix that the dealer was going to pay for. As it wasn't a warranty item, they weren't going to give us a loaner car so we made arrangements to rent a car at our expense. Elvis didn't want us to have to do that so he went above and beyond getting me a loaner car. The loaner car was a 2016 SRX which is the next car we were considering purchasing. I got to test out the SRX for 2-days and I am sold! Told my husband that my next car purchase will be an SRX in July. Without Elvis' help, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to test out the SRX. And honestly, after the leather repair and needing new tires at 26K miles, I wasn't going to be looking at Cadillac for my next car. Without Elvis, Cadillac would have lost a customer!
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
