I have no suggestions on how to improve my buying experience. From start to finish it was tens across the board. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. They quickly connected me to Todd, whom I had spoken with on the phone a couple of hours earlier. Though I initially came looking for a different vehicle, the selection on the lot was impeccable and I ultimately ended up buying a Mercedes C 300. Todd, my salesman was the best!!! Not only was informative but he was also kind and patient. He allowed me to take my time and truly feel comfortable with the purchase. I never felt pressured or hurried. His attention to detail was impressive as well. He helped to compare my options which landed me in the car of my dreams. The finance team explained all of my options and helped me make a decision that was not only financially comfortable, but also financially sound. I wish I could give BMW Woodlands 10 stars!!!

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Service writer (Honza) always professional and friendly with a warm smile on his face, made sure that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected, before recommending the required service that was due. After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

Handles very smoothly from the time I arrived until service was complete. I did leave my car and it was necessary to check with me for added part replacement. Again phone calls back and forth handled smoothly and when I picked up my car it was ready.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

I have enjoyed my 2022 Honda Civic. The ride is great, it has enough performance to get around traffic when needed. The only draw back is there have been several recalls for different issues but over all it has been a great call

I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic Touring at Honda of Tomball in November of 2019. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life and this was the best auto transaction that I have ever experienced. We have owned six Honda’s including recently purchasing a 2018 CRV at John Eagle Honda last December just before Honda of Tomball opened (for tax purposes we could not wait). John Eagle Honda’s cars have built in profit with ridiculous dealer added options such as “nitrogen filled tires” and a “theft tracking device” totaling $2000 of dealer added items a $995 destination charge. I sure wish Honda of Tomball would have been open last December as they PLAY NONE OF THESE GAMES AND CHARGE NONE OF THESE FEE’S. They added $150 to the car. Thats it. They didn’t even charge for the window tint or wheel locks. We negotiated a fantastic price VIA TEXT MESSAGE - 0 Hassle. We then negotiated a fantastic interest rate. I had a very professional team assigned to me consisting of Dustin Riley - Sales, Joshua Foust - Sales Mgr, Steve Stromatt - Finance and Zach Barra - Finance Mgr. I have been purchasing vehicles for 35 years and Honda of Tomball is the best that I have ever dealt with. I will buy all of our future Honda’s from them.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.
