2010 95,k miles . Hasnt let me down but once. Broke linkage when i didn't see a hole in my lane Has cvt trans . No problems and trans fluid never changed yet . Rubber trim on the outside and the paint is my complaint. In the sun all time!

From the moment I arrived, Isaac made sure to let me talk, explain my issues. I explained to Isaac, that I purchased this 2002 Monte Carlo SS off the showroom floor in 2002. Over the years, I have put thousands of dollars into making it not only look great, but sound great as well. Nothing has ever needed replacing, I just upgraded to high performance parts. This 2002 Monte Carlo SS has 55000 original miles. This car is so important to me. My plan is to give this to my Grandson. And I want it perfect. Isaac sent my car back to the mechanics and stated he would call me and keep me informed about everything. He didn't let me down once. I'm a U S Army, Vietnam Veteran. I served in the Honor Guard for 1 year. Performing as the Funeral Escort and holding and folding our American Flag that would be presented to their surviving member. Isaac, and the mechanics who work here at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, deserve not just a pat on the back. But an award showing that they are appreciated. A great start would be the waiting room. I remember going in, there would be coffee, donuts, and fruit. Not a thing... If it wasn't for the first impressions of Isaac, the many phone calls keeping me updated. And the fantastic work of your mechanics. I would have went somewhere else, and left 1 star. And 1 sentence. Because of them. And the fact that they knew how important this car is to me. It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Thanks carmax.

Only problem is check engine light which is said to be due to gas cap. I ordered new gas cap and will see if resolves problem. Otherwise have 60-day limited warranty from dealer.

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

The staff is very friendly and the vehicles are priced fairly below other dealers. No dealer fees was a nice touch too. They also don't work on commission so there isn't pressure to purchase.

Purchased in 2017. I love my 2015 Ford Cmaxx, sad Ford does not still make them. I avg 40/43 mpg. It is comfortable for me to drive and to get in and out of. Love the hatch that allows me to loads many things for road trips. Fun to drive and it hugs the road. There is a learning curve on breaking that charges the battery, however it didn't take long. One of my favorite cars that i have owned. I will not trade it. So far no problems. I do have regular checkups and maintenance at Ford dealership where I live.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

We've been searching hard for a new car for our new 16yr old and ended up as Asay auto. Although we didn't end up finding the 'right' car for her there, the customer services was really great. Bought used @ 8 yrs old. Very satisfied for retiree use and care. Great mileage. Some paint issues with rust on rear tire wells. It's Michigan winters & no garage.

Purchased the 2015 Chevy sonic at a dealer used for almost 15,000 miles that’s a lot for a used vehicle but with the market the way it is now used. Vehicles are a lot more expensive. Good thing I got the extended warranty on the unit because about six months later, the engine started heating up to where the check engine light would come on took it to you a Chevy dealer and not the dealer I bought it from and they found it needed a new radiator thermostat and oil seal gasket still cost me almost $300 but it would’ve cost me over 2300 to repair it my warranty is for 72 months or 80,000 miles which is great since I don’t actually drive it that much gas mileage is really good at it it’s a turbo so it really has a lot of power but one of the thing I noticed is that the car was clear coated And the rear bumper is starting to peel off the clearcoat

Sales: Jordan (salesman) helped me pick out and purchase my beautiful Eclipse Cross. He was not pushy in any way and really listened to my wants and needs. He made it a fairly quick and enoyable process for purchasing my first new car! I wish all salesmen were like him. He still greets me by name when I stop by, makes me feel like I'm more than just a sale! Service: I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and work past closing every day (I wish the service department were open for even just a few hours on Saturday). I got off work a little early and decided to drive up and see if they could fit me in. When I arrived, there was less than an hour left until they closed. Jordan (I think he's the service manager?) went back to ask the techs if they could fit me in. He then brought my car in and went over the work to be performed. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and even washed my dirty car! They didn't have to do that, but I am so grateful they did. Both Jordans, sales and service departments are amazing! The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."
