I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

This is the mature, grown up way to inject enthusiasm into your daily commute, while still being able to show up at your In-laws place and look respectable. just now NEW I totally recommend Yonkers auto mall!! Virginia and Anthony work hard together to get you in your car the same day. Even if you have bad credit they will try their 100% to get you in a car the same day!! Which is what I had and all other dealerships told me most likely I would not get approved they didn’t even try. Yonkers auto mall allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. I went to several dealerships before finding Yonkers auto mall that asked for my deposit up front and never gave me the car to test drive. They also gave me the best offer for my trade in. They have more cars that come in daily that might not be on their site yet. I highly recommend stopping by their dealership to speak to Virginia regarding their offers. They honestly make you feel so comfortable with their quick process!! I will be back in a couple of years for a trade in maybe get the Lexus next time 😊. My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

All I can say is WOW! Being a woman and buying a car has its own difficulties and paranoia's due to the fact that most places take advantage of the typical woman's lack of knowledge about cars. However, Boston Road Best Motors has to be the most honest used car dealership I have ever been to. I originally came in after hearing from friends about the reputation of this place and how they truly care for the safety and well-being of the customer. But what happened when I got there was beyond anything I could have imagined. So I come in to purchase a 2008 Nissan Rogue, after being shown the car by Andrew I took it for a test drive and instantly loved the car. Andrew allowed me to really take as long as I wanted during the drive and insisted that I give a very thorough inspection of the vehicle before I make any decisions. The vehicle showed no signs of having any mechanical issues. After taking my time I decided that I would take the vehicle so I left a deposit in order to come in the next day to pick up the car. When I came in the next day was when I was shocked by the honesty of this dealership. I walked in and they told me that when they put the vehicle into the mechanic for further inspection they noticed some signs that would indicate that the transmission may need replacement in the future. They offered me my deposit back and deeply apologized. I have a lot of car buying experience, both good and bad, and I have never seen a dealership cancel a deal that they could have closed due to mechanical errors. I truly believe that Boston Road Best Motors cares about ethics over making money. That is when I told them to hold my deposit until they get another Rogue which I ended up taking home! We've had this car for 2 years and put 20K miles on it. We're the 3rd owner and it's driven mostly by my wife. Bottom line, we love the car. It's a confident ride, even in incremental weather with xDrive. My Hendrick BMW advisor told me it was built on a 7 Series Chasis. It's huge inside with reclining back seats! The double rear hatch design is unique but we rarely open the lower hatch so I'm not sure why it was engineered that way. I'm in my early 50's and this is our 6th BMW. I'd say my 2000 BMW 735i with staggered M Wheels was my favorite but now that we have a large family, this serves us well. Costco trips are a breeze and the panoramic roof is wonderful...until it broke. If you don't have the means to deal with repair costs, buy a Honda. I say this sincerely. We bought it for $19,500 cash from a private owner. At that time, dealerships were asking just under $25K. In 2 years, we've purchased run-flat tires, AC blower motor and Final Stage Unit (bought the parts from Bav Auto and installed them myself), Spark Plugs (they have to be BMW - installed myself), air struts died in the rear (BMW specialist shop), various suspension components (BMW specialty shop), battery, and just last week the sunshade ripped apart on it's tracks. We've spent about $6,000 in repairs (I'm including the quote on the panoramic sunroof and left out the cost of the tires). I'm not shocked because my previous two 5 Series BMW's had issues. Only my old 1986 325 never gave me issues for four years. I do love this car but it's costly to maintain. Now with 85K miles I'm sure we'll see more surprises, but my wife insists on keeping it. Personally I'd rather see her in a Lexus GS 350 AWD but she says the Lexus is dull. BTW - on two occasions the engine completely shut down on her and left her stranded. We took it to the BMW dealers and they found no issues. I don't feel she'd have this in a Lexus.

Love the vehicle just wish because we decided to have a plug-in hybrid that we didn't have to give up so much trunk/cargo space. Right now also having a transmission issue but the vehicle does have over 200,000 miles on it and it is 12 years old. Still would buy it again.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.
