New Purchase I had a great experience working with Kyle Olinger and the team at the dealership. No hassles and great deal. Would suggest checking them out if you are interest in a Subaru or any other car they have on the lot. Thanks Jim

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
We bought a Certified Pre-Owed Outback. The price was reasonable (though we wanted more reasonable). We managed a fair price that included the CPO Wrap warranty at a fair price and a few accessories no additional charge. After the purchase I realized there was no owners manual and or sales person got me a full set of owners manual’s and warranty books for our exact model and year. The whole reason we ended up with that car was because our salesperson, Courtney, had followed up with me and notified me about this particular vehicle becoming available. Great work on her part! Overall I find the experience with this dealership to be positive. Everyone seems genuinely interested in the customer and making it a good experience.

I had a car shipped from Michigan to PA for $250. Which I think is cheap. After buying the car I found one a few days later I liked better. They took the car back no questions asked. No high pressure sales. And their Internet rep Tom was great. Kept me advised every step of the way. Their extended warranty is in house and legit as opposed to third party warranty providers. Was a great buying experience!

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

Great customer service all around! I worked with Darrell Williams and he was amazing, we came in from out of state and were able to work through a lot over the phone/emails. Left with a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross and the process was very easy and honest! Totally recommend his service and the dealership if you are shopping for your next car!
2017 Toyota Prius review
The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service at Faulkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg. While I have not been entirely happy with our Subaru Outback, the outstanding customer service here is truly making me reconsider keeping the SUV. I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light and several other issues. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the Service Manager, Michael, and my advisor, Ashley. They went above and beyond by ensuring the repairs were covered under warranty and pushing to get the work completed on time. Ashley kept me updated throughout the day, even sharing a video from the technician, Josh, who clearly explained the diagnosis and repair plan. This experience clearly highlights the excellent service culture Michael has established. Please pass along my gratitude to the team for a job well done.

I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. What impressed us most was the heart behind his service. Jay made it very clear through his actions and words that he approaches his job with sincerity and a desire to show people genuine kindness. It’s rare to meet someone in sales who is motivated by more than just the transaction, and Jay demonstrated that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and the families he helps. Overall, Jay provided a level of care, respect, and integrity that deserves recognition. He made a big step for our family to feel secure and meaningful, and we left the dealership feeling confident and grateful. Jay is an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I always cringe when shopping for a vehicle, but then I met Mr. Tyler Ashley. He simplified the process for us and made the entire experience enjoyable. Instead of talking garbage to make the sale and get his commission, he is a rare breed. This man actually cares about your questions, concerns, and needs. You will notice this right after your first moment in his presence. Tyler is truly a refreshing new dawn in the industry. His knowledge and attitude is exemplary, his personality is uplifting, and he changes your entire opinion of the whole process. He "goes to bat" for your concerns and is completely honest with you at all times. If it can be done, he will do it. If it can't, he will also keep you closely advised. I have bought several cars from this dealership in the past, and people like Tyler just secured my future business as well. Word of mouth goes a long way in this world, and I will certainly recommend Tyler and the dealership to anyone I know that is looking to purchase another vehicle. He is truly an asset to the company and they are extremely lucky to have a man of superior caliber on their team. For the first time EVER, I enjoyed this process and will certainly be back again for all my service and parts needs, as well as ALL future vehicle purchases. THANK YOU TYLER FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE ! (Tim Roberts).

I just had the best car purchase experience in my 53 years of car ownership. I had done all my research, knew the numbers, knew what i expected and away I went … to multiple dealers and we all know the drill, and the haggle hassle (waste of customer time and added expense to the price if car ownership). Cramer had the right prices, the right vehicles, no haggle needed. I did test drive, deposit, pickup in about a total of 1 hour at the dealership. I can not express enough my satisfaction with this purchase experience. Go there first !!!

2020 Hyundai Veloster N review
I would recommend this car to someone who specifically wanted a performance-oriented car. If I had to do over again I may not purchase it. Simply for the road noise and harshness. And the 19-in wheels. The tires are very hard to find and of course the car comes without a spare. I've been stranded twice already.

2020 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
Look, if you dont know about the virtues of the GTI, you really need to go drive one. This is the total package, a great combination of speed, handling and practicality. This is the mature, grown up way to inject enthusiasm into your daily commute, while still being able to show up at your In-laws place and look respectable. They'll never know that you can blow the doors off a lot of boy racers on the way there. Bottom line: If youre looking for a car that will make runs to Costco and then put a smile on your face on the back roads home, this is your best bet.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Z Motor Company Inc. review
Fantastic experience working with these guys!! I worked with Craig and he was great to work with and was able to get me into a new (to me) car that I loved and offer me a fair price for my trade in. They made every step very easy and I didn’t have that icky feeling you normally get when working with a car salesman. I’ve been parked with 6 other dealerships during my time here in central PA and this experience was by far the best. Thank you for taking great care of me, and next time I want a trade up, you know I’ll be coming back to you guys!!

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

2017 Toyota Corolla iM review
This is a great car! I love the features, esp the sport function, which gives you a boost if you need to jump on it. Obviously, some people don't use this feature or don't know what it does. When getting on the freeway, I always use it, then simply turn it off when necessary. I usually get about 34-36 mpg on long trips and around town about 28-32mpg. The one and only complaint I have is that it is too low to the ground and sometimes it's very difficult to get in. If I move the driver's seat back, it makes it easier. I am the original owner of a 2017. The other features i like are the backup camera, electric side view mirrors, speak feature to make calls, the interior is gorgeous, the hatchback. I just really love this car. I have never had a problem with it. If you're looking for a reliable car, this is it!

I recently purchased a Honda HRV And then I couldn't, i've been more pleased. Poe was very helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. Then with the help of curtis and nancy, the transaction went smoothly. I would definitely go back and buy another car for them.
2014 Chevrolet Volt review
When the Volt first came out I would give it 5 stars for everything, now new cars coming out so I took some off but still mostly 5 stars. It is still a great value. No car is perfect but this has allowed me to avoid a lot of maintenance and repairs of regular gas cars.

2023 Toyota Prius review
I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

2017 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

Sutliff VolkswagenReviews
Sutliff Volkswagen review
Sutliff VW worked hard to earn my patronage. Because I live an hour away, I called for a quote on a new car, asking for the monthly payment amounts to buy vs lease. Alison Read spent a good deal of time showing me all of my options on an easy-to-understand document and emailed it to me promptly. I was so impressed by her professionalism as well as the followup by Matt McCormick. They were never pushy or pressuring. My parents buy their cars here and I've had mine serviced there as well. They're definitely worth your time and trust.
2020 Subaru Impreza review
First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

2013 Subaru Impreza review
This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

2012 Volvo C30 review
My first car was a Renault Clio Bebop, followed by a Peugeot 106 rally car, then an Alfa 145 and then I met this C30 guy in 2009. I loved it. Then I bought a C30 again in 2012, with a nicer design, the EcoDrive. I still have this and it's been 10 years. It brings together everything I like in a car: safety, stability, resistance and beautiful design. It is a shame that so much damage has been suffered in the workshops that represent Volvo – Santogal in Portugal. There it was damaged in several ways, and in the last inspection, a few days ago, they did several things to it, namely: they filled the coolant tank too much (1 finger over the maximum), they cleaned the air conditioning system and at the time removing the grille. which is near the front glass, they broke a fitting and on the same side they lost a screw, that is, this grille is only fixed on the left side, on the right side it is loose. They discovered that the inner bellows was broken and for this reason they wanted to replace both steering arms. I know that to change this bellows you have to disassemble many things, it is a lot of work, but saying that “there is considerable clearance in the suspension arms” to justify changing the right and left arms seems too much to me, especially when I go for the mandatory inspection to request an evaluation of this clearance and verify that there is no clearance, they confirmed that the internal bellows is broken but found no clearance in the suspension arms. In the past they have damaged the rims mainly because Volvo wheel nuts are really challenging as they are one of the few brands that insist on making a capped nut that is sealed to look better but eventually comes loose. . When they loosen, they cannot be released easily and that is why they do it by hammering. Over time the paint wears off and now I have wheels that are a shame. In addition to all this, the C30 for me is a fantastic car with extraordinary features. On the home/work route it consumes 5.4, which is great, and in the city it consumes more, staying at 7.2. However, in addition to being a pleasure to drive this car, because we feel that we are in a safe car, it drives quite well and responds very well in situations where we need engine and power. The engine is a known and proven engine (Peugeot 307) and as such presents no problems in this regard. The exterior design for me remains one of the most beautiful. When the car is well washed (mine is silver) it looks beautiful and has an aggressive look, naughty I would say! :) It's lovely. It's a shame they ended this model. I won't let go of mine. It will stay with me until it reaches classic status! :)
