2014 Acura MDX review
As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. The reason we use resources like Cars.com is to avoid the typical in person experience of buying a new car. I initially emailed SF Honda in regards to a vehicle I saw listed on Cars.com Surprisingly they replied back saying it was a glitch on the website and the vehicle was actually no longer available. I was looking more so for a year older vehicle yet still new. They were prompt to reply and let me know so at least the waiting and wondering wasn't a problem. I replied back and made a straight forward offer on a different vehicle. Surprisingly once again they replied and agreed on it despite me having my doubts. After that replies between emails were prompt. We settled on the price and I came in soon after. Nothing was changed as far as pricing from what was originally discussed in emails. It was a smooth despite long process. The facility is nice with a big space despite being in busy downtown San Francisco area. Parking is difficult but they accommodated me to park in the areas not really designated for the public. I had already came in with a preapproval from my bank, but found it strange I had to fill out another credit check? Almost seemed like they were trying to get me a better rate and to go with their in house lending. I did ask why, but they said it was protocol? I did still end up using my bank. Our sales person Vanessa Velasquez was accommodating and answered my questions that I had presented regarding the additions on the paperwork when it came down to purchasing the vehicle. Overall it was a smooth process and I really have no complaints. The overall staff from our sales consultant Vanessa to the finance manager have a consistent attitude of "straight forward" To some that might not be good enough as some customers want more of the soft happy go lucky attitude. Here at SF Honda, the do signs of it, but not overly done like most dealerships. Again, some will hate it, others don't mind. I personally didnt mind because in the end, it comes down to agreeing on a price. Vanessa was not push on options that I wanted removed. Our finance manager when it came down to almost closing on the vehicle also had to push other add ons which I'm sure they have to do. But did not ridicule or do high pressure tactics when ultimately I declined them. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Probably more professional than personable as I mentioned above with the straight forward attitude. Vanessa did crack a smile every now and then, but she was definitely more passive, which I prefer. While our finance manager who helped on closing and doing all the paperwork was definitely more aggressive. Still, both did not exceed any boundaries to turn things into high pressure sales situation. The facility was clean, very open, which is rare and ironic these days in a city like San Francisco where real estate is usually very tight and small. They have plenty of inventory off site close by. Clean restrooms, and a nice waiting area with coffee machine that you can help yourself with. Our sales consultant Vanessa had actually got us refreshments while we were sitting down with her going over the details. I don't buy new cars often so this is a rare situation, but I had no problem and was satisfied with my experience. San Francisco Honda is very professional. A perk of purchasing here especially if you are coming from out of town is you can spend time in the city.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Gary took the time to teach me all about my new car. I've never owned a new car before so the most modern thing I'd ever used is a CD player. Gary taught me about the navigation, setting up my Sirius radio, suspension settings in the car, back up camera, syncing my phone, everything!! Two days after I bought my car was daylight savings time and I didn't know how to change my clock. Charlie from service walked me through the process. I bought a Golf R and the manufacturer sent regular looking key fobs, so the service manager was nice enough to change out the plain chrome pieces for R chrome plates on my key fob. Then, Brian in the parts department did research for me on winter wheels and tires for playing in the snow all winter. People I didn't even know passed by me and congratulated and complimented me on my new car. These guys at Dublin Volkswagen are truly amazing!

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

2023 Volvo C40 Recharge Pure Electric review
I’ve owned my 2023 Volvo C40 Recharge Ultimate for about a month now, and it’s been nothing short of impressive. The design immediately stands out with a modern, sculpted look that feels unique on the road. Mine is in Thunder Grey with the Fjord Blue interior, and the combo turns heads everywhere. Performance-wise, it’s quick and quiet with instant torque that makes merging and city driving effortless. The one-pedal drive is smooth once you get used to it, and the all-wheel drive gives me confidence in any weather. Inside, the cabin feels luxurious yet understated. The Fjord Blue interior with backlit panels creates a calm, high-end atmosphere. Google built-in is convenient, though it can lag at times. The Harman Kardon sound system is crisp and full, and the panoramic glass roof makes the cabin feel bright and open. For now, I charge at Tesla Superchargers for convenience. A charger was actually installed in my high-rise the day after I bought the car, but it’s not operable yet. I’m looking forward to using it once it’s active. The range has been consistent in real-world use, and I appreciate Volvo’s focus on sustainability without sacrificing comfort or performance. If I had to nitpick, I’d say some software features could be more refined, and visibility through the rear window is limited, but the 360° camera helps a lot. I installed a digital rearview mirror through the Volvo dealer where I purchased my car. Overall, the C40 Recharge feels like a personal luxury cocoon. It’s quiet, confident, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a car that makes me look forward to driving every day.

I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I had a great experience and feel like I got an excellent value for the car I purchased.
2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

2023 Mazda Mazda3 review

They said the "approval people" did not work weekends. WHAAAAT! He hooked me up with his finance guy and I was out the door with my new car. HAPPY HAPPY, JOY JOY!!!
2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

2025 Nissan Rogue review
This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

2022 Ford F-150 review
2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

2022 Toyota Avalon review
The very best non "luxury" full size 4 door. The usual Toyota top shelf fit & finish, styling & dependability. Best feature, for us, 27-36 long distance mpg in a roomy, roomy (Im 6'2") interior. Also Imao, sharper looks than its Lexus cousin.
