Crossroads Car and Truck review
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership nearly ten years ago and again in early May 2026. Both experiences were excellent. The team is easy to work with, professional, and maintains a relaxed, customer-friendly approach. They are also committed to making things right if any discrepancies arise. They offer a great selection of high-quality, high-end vehicles. Thank you, Crossroads Car and Truck, for another positive experience.

Met with Bill on a spur of the moment call and the car was fully detailed and in much better than we could have imagined. The easiest, fastest car deal we've ever had when shopping and dealing with a car dealer on a used car. Bill is not pushy and would work with him anytime in the future. Great transaction! Baxter Toyota Lincoln review
We were recently fortunate to find a beautiful Crown Signia at Baxter Toyota Lincoln and we could not be happier with the straightforward, no nonense, no games, no haggle process we encountered there. We've purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best and most painless transaction ever. Cullen West was so knowlegable, gracious and up front with every step. Contact Cullen, you'll be impressed. Also a shout out to Sidney, the Tech guru, who was patient and a great educator who helped us with all the new tech an auto has these days. Mary & Tom

I am so glad that I found this place!! Austin is really really nice and very informative. I love my car and haven't had any issues. I would definitely tell everyone about this place. You won't get your hopes up when everything is already written. I really appreciate them for making buying a car a lot easier because everyone isn't in the same situation and it feels good to be able to still go with a flow of things in this mean world. Thanks so much

The Car Dad, Inc.Reviews
The Car Dad, Inc. review
We found a truck on cars.com that was listed by The Car Dad. We called and talked with Henry, the Car Son. Henry was very helpful, told us all about the truck and the repairs that had been completed. We live 2.5 hours away, but decided to drive over there to see the truck (based on the reviews I read, I felt we were going to get a good truck from them). Henry greeted us and I could tell this was not a sleazy used car dealership. We drove the truck, talked more about it, then went into the office. Brian greeted us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the truck, and the process was very smooth. My son and I did not feel pressured. In fact, we felt they wanted to make sure my son got exactly what he wanted, and we did with this truck. We are very happy we decided to visit this dealership. When my next son is ready for a vehicle, I will check with Car Dad first!

My Honda is everything I wanted in a used car. I am very happy with the way it rides. It has lots of room inside and a large trunk.

I entered, 23-25 Toyota Camry awd, in search, and the first car that came up I asked to see it, got quick response and appointment. Then I came and did a test drive. Very friendly and patient staff. Then came again for trade in estimate. Less that couple weeks later I did purchase. I do wish there was more literature that could be reviewed, about different plans available, provided prior to final signing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Naeem Lusk while purchasing my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being pushy. Naeem Lusk took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided several great options within my budget. He was transparent throughout the process, answered all my questions with clarity, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. The entire transaction was smooth and efficient—from test driving to paperwork to delivery. What stood out most was his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I truly felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend Naeem Lusk to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Excellent service from start to finish! ***Naeem Lusk stated he was only here for the sale, I suggest keeping him on full-time, as my experience was superb***

We had an amazing experience working with Joey. From start to finish, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we cared about and worked closely with us to make sure our needs were met. His professionalism, patience, and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even my daughter enjoyed the experience—thanks to his friendly personality and great sense of humor—which made everything feel lighter and more comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine care, and we truly appreciate the attention and effort he put into helping us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service.
