Brilliance SubaruReviews
Brilliance Subaru review
We acquired our first Subaru this week, and the experience was truly exceptional. Working with Ed and Jeremy from the sales team, as well as Jason in financing, was a pleasure, as they were all highly knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the information they provided. We traveled from Iowa to make the purchase, having heard numerous positive reviews about Brilliance's commitment to customer satisfaction. Ed's dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable was evident, as he stayed late before we drove home that night. Ed has also checked in and ensured if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate and call him. It’s apparent that Customer Satisfaction is number one here.

Acura of JohnstonReviews
Acura of Johnston review
I was looking for a used SUV within a specific price range, and I decided to stop at Acura of Johnston. Chester had been my sales person, and he was welcoming and accomodating. He listened to what I wanted and showed me a vehicles I'd actually be interested in, which is so much nicer than the typical experience of being shown things that are either out of your price range or not what you're looking for. The dealership is clean, well presented, and the staff is friendly. Chester is great, and needs commended for his patience, as the vehicle I purchased only had one key (not the dealer's fault! The previous owner didn't provide it) and I was persistent on confirming this. Overall, I had a good experience at Acura of Johnston, and I didn't expect to buy at the first place I shopped, but this time, I did. They actually try to work with you, and that's appreciated.

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.

2025 Honda Accord review
Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

If you are visiting Atamian Honda in Tewksbury, do yourself a favor and ask for Tamara Tymoshevska. Car shopping can often feel overwhelming, but Tamara completely changed that for me. She was patient, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. She kept communication clear and straightforward from start to finish without any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. Thank you, Tamara, for making this such an enjoyable and smooth process!

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! I recommend the Honda Accord, and if you are in Central Texas/Greater Austin area, check out Round Rock Honda; ask for Trish and visit with Josh the Finance Manager.

The entire purchasing process was seamless. The sales staff listened to my needs and had several vehicles for me to select from right down to the color and features I requested. This is rare in today's business climate. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from this dealer. You can only earn that kind of repeat loyalty if they excel in all aspects of the car buying experience. Financing my purchase was handled professionally. My vehicle was delivered to me in excellent condition including a full tank of gasoline. I will purchase from them again.

Pensacola HondaReviews
Pensacola Honda review
Purchasing the Honda Odyssey at Pensacola Honda was the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing a new car! Wendy helped me via the internet purchase process and the trade-in information. Cynthia greeted me when I arrived at the dealership and handled every phase of the purchase. Jason (?) negotiated with me regarding the internet trade-in deal and agreed to honor what was promised online. And Ben (offered me extended care (which I have so far rejected because I was purchasing a Honda, the best minivan in the car industry). Every Pensacola Honda employee did a fantastic job in the process. (Giving each one a 10 out of 10 rating would be too low!) And, the curtesy, professional care, and attention to detail provided by Cynthia was way over the top! I will (and already have have) recommend Pensacola to my friends and associates as the best place in the southeast to purchase a new vehicle. And, Pensacola Honda will be the first place I contact when Carole and I need a new vehicle in the future! Delbert Summey

Amazing service, have never had a smoother car buying experience. Larry was super friendly and helpful. He helped me get into a car that worked for me and I was definitely lucky to have him. Walked me through the entire process and explained in depth everything I needed to know and be completely aware of before making this big purchase. 100% recommend !

Automax of OcalaReviews
Automax of Ocala review
I brought my mom to a Jenkins dealer and it was such a mistake! They tacked on so much (10k) and were basically jerks. We left with such a bad taste in our mouth. Came to Automax and had such a great experience! Haley didn't try to upsale us, she even told my mom when she thought the more expensive vehicle wasn't something she needed. Helped us to get even more off of the already lower price. Everyone we dealt with were amazing. We drove over an hour and it was worth it. 10/10

Butler ToyotaReviews
Butler Toyota review
I’ve been looking for a car for a year now because I’m so picky. Anytime I came close to buying one I was always treated poorly by a sales rep or could tell they were trying to take advantage of me. I drove 2 and a half hours to Butler Toyota and it’s the only good dealership experience I’ve had so far. Troy Stephens was great to work with. He didn’t take advantage of the fact I was a young female and gave me a great deal. A very trust worthy man, I recommend doing business with him.

Tri-City SubaruReviews
Tri-City Subaru review
Everyone in the dealership was friendly. The Kia Soul looked great and was slick and span clean, inside and out. They offered reasonable maintenance deals. I got the underneath of my car rubberized to prevent rust for 10 years and the inside also received protection from spills. My fear of rust was formidable. Now I don't need to dread winters. Dezmond was personable and polite. He opened the door for me on my way out, ran ahead to make sure he could open it. Mat explained insurance options simply and clearly. They fixed a tiny dent in the door (not very noticable) before I dro e home with the car and brought the fact of the dent up to me BEFORE I got to the dealership. They inspire trust and a desire to return!
