Suzanne was extremely helpful throughout the whole time I was there. Very well informed about the car I was interested in which was the 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback, answered every question without error. She gave great customer service and made the process as quick as possible. Will definitely be back.
This is the third vehicle we have purchased from DARCARS Honda. This is the first time we have purchased a vehicle from Ifiok. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and he made the process quick and easy to understand. Will definitely continue to purchase Hondas from this location!
Our experience buying a car from Milton was as good as it gets! We visited three times while trying to decide which brand of small SUV to buy. Milton patiently and without any ???car salesman??? pressure showed us all the features answered all our questions and took us for test drives on each visit. He could not have been more helpful and we finally decided on the CR-V in the sandstone color. But it turns out that color was not available - the closest one was in Fredericksburg Virginia! Milton voluntarily drove there the next day and brought it back to Bowie - an all day trip with traffic - forfeiting any potential sales that day in order to get us the car we wanted. What a super experience! If you are in the market for a car, go see Milton.

My 2 year old Honda would randomly not start and my local Honda service center couldn???t figure out the problem so I contacted Honda of Bowie service center and spoke to Nicholas. He was great. Very knowledgeable and put me at ease. I took my car in the next morning, the problem was fixed and I was extremely grateful. Thanks Nicholas!!
Hi. Just sharing. Am a long time customer. Called Service the other day to find out how to update my GPS (2011 CRV). Nice young man took my info and said someone would return my call. Already updated it several years ago, but Honda has not notified me that new updates were available. Wonder why? Today sat at my computer and located: HONDANAVI.NAVIGATION.COM. I will contact Customer Service 888-291-4675 to see how I can be added to a list for future updates. Lucky for me, I saved $50; they are having a special. Your guys installed new tires for me a few weeks ago; drove through a torrential rain storm over the mountains and forever grateful for my new Bridgestone's. Your technicians take good care of my car. Like it is brand new. Thank you very much.
I wanted to give a heartfelt "Thank You" to Sarah and Stan. My mother was stranded in 90 degree heat, 100 miles from all family on June 21, 2018 at 5pm. She has a history of having a heat stroke. We were very concerned for her. I called the jeep dealership but because it was after 5pm, they would not look at her vehicle. I called Nissan and they would not look at her vehicle, as she drives a 2008 Jeep Liberty. Her brakes were locked up and sparking. She could not drive it to get home, or to go to my terminally sick Uncle's house. This trip is very important. My mother is going to visit him because we aren't really sure how much longer he is going to live.
Sarah invited us to have the jeep looked at, had the service men do everything possible to diagnose the issue and ultimately helped my mother in every way, despite not being able to fix the brakes. She offered information to find a hotel so she would have a safe place for the night. She even provided a loaner vehicle for her to get there. She went above and beyond to help us and should be commended. The next day the jeep dealership wanted us to tow Mom's jeep across the parking lot for service. Stan was very helpful in getting the jeep over there without any extra expense to my retired, fixed income mother. We are so appreciative for all that was done for her. In today's day and age that speaks volumes about their character, and about DARCARS Honda's customer service values. Thank you so much for taking care of my family!
