I visited this dealer for an oil change, and they did a fantastic job. They even gave me a discount coupon, so the price was very affordable, and the service was highly trustworthy. Every part of the experience was excellent. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them!

The experience was not your typical ?car dealership/salesperson? visit. Our Salesperson, Ahmad, was so helpful with buying a new vehicle, and doing so while are living away from the United States. When we did come in for our test drive, there was no pressure to buy from either Sales nor Financing. In fact, they were happy to answer any questions. We would highly recommend the Dealership, as well as our Salesperson Ahmad!

Good experience with this dealership. The sales staff are salaried, not commission. There was no pressure. The agent answered our questions very patiently. She asked us about features we might want but didn’t even know to ask. After several visits and looking at different cars, we purchased the car we wanted.

Yarngirl October 14, 2026 just selected and purchased my first SUV today. Rick Mears was my salesman. He kindly answered all my question and completed the transaction smoothly and in record time. This is my second purchase from him and the third purchase from Luxury & Imports Leavenworth Kansas. As a single person I rely on honest communication with Rick and all the other employees that assist in my purchase. Can't wait to pick up my SUV! Ladies contact Rick he is great to work with.

Courtesy Nissan of MesaReviews
Courtesy Nissan of Mesa review
We bought our vehicle from Courtesy Nissan of Mesa, and from start to finish it was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve ever had. The entire process was easy, transparent, and completely hassle-free. There were no games, no pressure, and everyone treated us with honesty and respect. What really impressed us was what happened months after the sale. We stopped in for service without an appointment at the last minute and were told it would be about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan. They don’t just care about making a sale—they genuinely care about their customers long after the purchase. Outstanding service, outstanding people, and a dealership that truly earns your business. Highly recommended!

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
Sal at CarMax Duarte made the entire car-buying experience exceptional. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. When we returned the next evening to pick up our car, he was there exactly when he said he would be, had everything ready to go, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was absolutely no pressure, no haggling, and no surprises—just outstanding customer service and a fantastic overall experience. I would highly recommend asking for Sal if you're shopping at CarMax Duarte.

CarMax Capitol Expressway review
WOW, this was absolutely the best experience ever. I picked a car out online. Got pre-qualified. Got a call in 5 minutes, got completely approved in minutes. And a rate that surprised me bigtime. Thet scheduled me an appointment for yest drive. It was waiting for me. Gavin, Jennifer, and Nicole were awesome. Made me feel special. I saw other customers also being treated amazing. This place has it figured out. I will only ever buy from Carmax. And the bonus is that the SUV is mint and looks new. A million thanks to all that made it happen.
