I am editing my earlier review of Honda Universe because I was contacted by a manager ,Nick Salerno, who worked with me on the purchase of a new car. Nick was a pleasure to work with and I recommend that you include Honda Universe in your search for a new vehicle.

I want to give a great big shout out to the car salesman, Danny Patel at Honda Universe located in Lakewood, N.J.. I couldn't be happier and more pleased with the attention and service he extended to me while purchasing a car. He's simply a "great" guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle in the future. Pay a visit to this dealership and ask for Danny....you will be glad you did !

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

I took a three hour drive from CT and met up with Mike And we had a great time talking card and driving a classic Fiat!! This may have been the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership sales dept! And coming from one who's been in automotive customer survive my entire life that says a lot! Although I have not yet purchased a classic as of today, I would recommend MB to anyone Thanks MB Motorsport

We worked with Steve and ultimately Huey when purchasing a honda civic. The process was so smooth and easy. Steve made us feel so comfortable, it was a simple process, nothing was a problem, anything we asked they had the solution with no hiccups. Huey added that personal touch to the deal that we felt like we were with family. Highly recommend

I have a long relationship with Mike Piazza Honda meaning I have purchased many cars here. I have always used their service department for needed maintenance and other car services. My experience has consistently been from customer representatives, sales personnel, service greeters/take in service representatives, to the service representatives for the team who service my car as being friendly, caring, professional, and most importantly a job well done. Or put simply I have never been disappointed and this is what keeps me coming back to purchase my next car. I recommend this dealership and if you buy your next car here I hope you have the same experience as me.

Mike Piazza Honda review
I don’t usually write reviews but this needed to be put out there!! After years of disappointing experiences at most dealerships I walked into Mike Piazza Honda expecting more of the same. Instead I found something completely different. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. Ryan and the entire team made me feel like a person, not just another customer walking through the door. They took the time to listen, answered every question without making me feel rushed and never once made me feel pressured. I came in carrying a lot of stress and uncertainty, and I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. By the time I left, I felt a sense of relief and confidence that I hadn't felt in a long time. It's rare to find a business where people truly care about helping others, but that's exactly the feeling I got here. The manger and the staff really helped me out!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, worked with me every step of the way, and treated me well and were so honest. In a world where genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find, Mike Piazza Honda reminded me that there are still businesses that believe in doing right by people. They didn't just help me with a vehicle they restored a little of my faith that exceptional customer service still exists. Thank you to everyone at Mike Piazza Honda for turning what I thought would be another stressful experience into one I'll always remember with gratitude. I'll gladly recommend you to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts people first.

Honda Universe review
I had such a genuinely great experience working with Sue that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and refreshingly not pushy. She gave me the space to make my own decisions, answered my questions honestly, and never once tried to upsell me with unnecessary add-ons or pressure me into a brand-new vehicle I didn’t want. What stood out most was her integrity. I had previously visited another local dealership with the exact same car priced $4,800 higher, where the focus felt more on how I was paying rather than helping me feel confident in the purchase. That was not the case here at all. At Honda Universe, Sue made the process smooth and efficient. Within two days, I had test driven two vehicles and was out the door with the right one—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She respected my time, my budget, and my priorities, which is rare and incredibly appreciated. I also want to give a special thank you to Nazyia, who kindly drove me back from my car rental—such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience even easier—and to Emily at the front desk, who was always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely helpful every time I walked in. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and truly customer-focused, Sue is the person you want to work with. This was hands-down one of the easiest and most comfortable car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! I wish I would have went there first. The drive was well worth it.

I had a great experience at Bridgewater Honda. Our sales associate, Nate Daniels was awesome. He was friendly and very patient with us. He got exactly what we wanted. He made himself available to us. We were very comfortable with the whole process. All the great smiles made the process enjoyable and not nerve wracking! Nate will be our go-to guy at Honda!!

Great experience and explained and repaired what I needed. Dean was very informative and didn’t push me to get things that I didn’t need at this visit. I always go here for repairs and maintenance.
2025 Honda Accord review
I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! I recommend the Honda Accord, and if you are in Central Texas/Greater Austin area, check out Round Rock Honda; ask for Trish and visit with Josh the Finance Manager.

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
