I had an excellent experience with Miami Lakes Kia Service Center, thanks to Ethan Milan. I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding customer service and professionalism!

Honda of Aventura review
Had a great experience at Honda of Aventura leasing a new Honda Accord. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Brandon Gutierrez was knowledgeable, low-pressure, and easy to work with—he made everything simple. Sales manager Sean Nastelon was straightforward and fair, and there was no back-and-forth nonsense with the numbers. I ended up with an excellent lease deal that worked for my budget. Caridad Marquez in finance was also fantastic—clear, efficient, and professional. Overall, it was one of the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! I recommend the Honda Accord, and if you are in Central Texas/Greater Austin area, check out Round Rock Honda; ask for Trish and visit with Josh the Finance Manager.

AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes review
I would like to thank all the staff, but especially Zoilo Mesa. He was very attentive right from the beginning, and as foreign customers, he guided us through the entire process with great patience. We were welcomed by everyone, and the staff was extremely friendly to us. Throughout the purchase process, we were never disappointed by anything. If I buy another car in the future—which I plan to—I know exactly where to go and who to ask for. We appreciate everything!

2025 Honda Accord review
Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.
