I’m too old to just walk in and see what’s on the lot. I explained the make and model and the year and the price I was looking for. I waited for the search to happen and showed up for the test drive. It was that simple! Marty

I have purchased 3 new cars in my lifetime and never really understood what I was buying and in the end felt trapped after the buying process was over. Today was a completely different experience for me. I recieved ,from Salesmen Rja, respect and professionalism that all consumers should receive when making such a large purchase but rarely get. Raj was exceptional in several ways. Raj not only sold me a SUV but chose to take the time to educate me on what I was buying. Rja spent time teaching me all of the amazing things my new SUV could do and made sure I understood his education by having me demonstrate my understanding of what he tought me. I felt completely comfortable, I felt like I was talking with an old friend, I never felt pressured or pushed. I never felt overwhelmed or confused. This is truly the first time that I ever bought a vehicle and drove way completely happy with my major purchase. When I went to go outside to get my new SUV , to my surprise, Rja had placed balloons and a congratulations note on my new SUV. It felt like I just had my first surprise party. Rja , you are Awesome !!! I fully plan on sharing my exceptional experience with Rja to everyone that I can. Also, Rja gave me a tour of the car dealership making sure I was familiar with my surroundings !!! Thank You Rja !!!

AutoNation Honda Renton review
I had the best buying experience with Nhat!! He was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. His colleague Jeff was just as amazing. Although someone in finance called out that day, another person was in labor which left one finance rep who was in training and the other rep spread pretty thin and took longer than it should have it was Nhat and Jeff who made my vehicle purchase a class act event! I also brought my car back a few days later with concerns and Molina my service advisor was fantastic. While I can’t speak for everyone’s experience I can tell you mine was A++++, top notch, and trust me as someone in their 50s who has purchased plenty of cars in their lifetime I did lots of research and test drove quite a few cars from Olympia all the way to Everett and everywhere between. My 2nd visit back to autonation for the same vehicle sealed the deal and I am beyond happy with my decision, my purchase and the exceptional service from Nhat and Jeff. Wishing everyone a wonderful car buying experience, just ask for Nhat ✔️⭐️

Honda of FifeReviews
Honda of Fife review
I drove out of my city to Honda of Fife. Why? They were honest, wise, listeners, understanding and compassionate. They are serious about customer satisfaction and not about making a dollar. When another honda dealership made 2 errors on my vehicle that would have cost me my engine. This dealership immediately found the simple mistake and saved me thousands. I then needed a new remote. The other Honda told me it would be $900 plus for labor. I refused. I went back to Honda of Fife. Immediately the service man said maybe you need a new battery. As I was about to pay $153 plus $72 for labor. He stopped this and said let's try a battery first and we did. I paid $6 and some change. If you want a dealership who is not about the bottom line. They are about you. Go to Honda of Fife.

CarMax Kenosha review
I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!

Riley was wonderful and made the car buying experience easy and hassle free! Everyone at the site was helpful without being overbearing. I came in on a Thursday, by Saturday I was out the door with my decision. Riley read me pretty accurately and let me do my thing without high pressure sales.

Sid Eng helped us buying a new car. It took about 2 hours but he kept us comfortable with his good sense of humor. No hassle at all. The price of car was reasonable. We liked the finance guy too. He was very professional and kind. Highly recommend this store.

Abe was amazing in every step of our buying process. He was patient and gave us room to discuss what we wanted. There was never any pressure or anything to make us feel uncomfortable. Everyone at the dealership seemed to care and was so helpful and kind. We really appreciate everyone's assistance. Abe and Jeff particularly gave top level customer service and we're so appreciative to them. We plan to go to this dealership for any future assistance.

Kept the pressure low and thoroughly explained the available options. CJ and Brandon were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them/this dealership to anyone. Having the out the door price available immediately on new cars was super helpful and made the experience easy and low pressure. Didn't try to add on a whole bunch of unneccessary coverage during the financing portion. Thank you again!

I drove into the service area this morning without an appointment and was greeted by Cam. He was friendly and asked what I needed. Then Quinn arrived to ask what I needed and I explained that the CarPlay disappeared and I needed help getting it back. Right away he took charge and got it connected. Then I explained another problem about my voice prompt not working and then Rich Kim appeared to ask if he could help. So I had two people on the scene( and in my car) to go through what seemed to be a complicated process to reset my system. I wish I knew what they did, all I can say is they stepped up and rescued me. Rich had a lot of knowledge and even though I was worried to start resetting everything, he came through and got everything working. This most important aspect of this experience is the immediate help with my problem. Tech is obviously not in my wheel-house, having such smart and helpful Honda Kirkland staff is amazing. Rich and Quinn never hesitated, gave heavy sighs, or gave a hint of inconvenience in taking care of my situation. Every visit for my scheduled maintenance has been pleasant and I will sing the praises of Rich Kim and Quinn at every opportunity. Thank you.
