Great Car! Great Experience!-Thank you Dan & Adam!

I had been looking for a red Malibu LTZ V6 when I spotted one online at Dan Paroby Auto Sales. I called and spoke to Adam who was very helpful and provided me more details about the car. Since I live quite a distance from them, I requested updated photos and Adam was more than willing to send me some. When I decided to go look at the car, they had it in the garage ready for me to look over. They even put it on the lift to allow me to look underneath it thoroughly and answered all my questions. Adam showed me the old parts he replaced and told me about the other work he had down on the car.
Dan and Adam are both very down to earth, honest guys with a no pressure approach. I truly appreciated that!
I have had my car for over a month and I truly like it. I got a great car with very low mileage at a fair price. It was a pleasurable experience!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

was very pleased with the service and collision repair when my car was hit by a deer. THe repair work was excellent and is invisible now that its completed. I was also very pleased with the service team as they called me twice a week to keep me fully posted on the progress of the work a nd when it would be ready. It was also easy working with them as they supported the insurance demands and overall was very smomoth. I am very please with this service and the quality of repairs

Dead battery; an inconvenience and easy to resolve until it is discovered when you need to leave immediately for a non scheduled early delivery hours away. Craig asked how soon we could get there and had us on the road in short time. The Acura service team has always been professional and courteous. Yesterday they proved themselves to be fantastic and even CARING when they asked about the delivery. Our 7lb 4oz granddaughter.

My husband and I had just been jerked around by another local dealer and went in with a bad taste in our mouths. The salesman was straight and honest with us. He didn't disappear for lengthy amounts of time and say he was "speaking to his manager" like a lot of other dealerships do. We ended up getting our new vehicle from Bonner and will return for future needs.
