Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! We landed at Martin Honda due to unexpected car trouble on 95-South during our trek from South Jersey to Alexandria, VA. Fortunately, Kyle's assistance with getting my car repaired and safe to drive again made a bad situation much easier to swallow. He was professional, courteous, and made every effort to keep me in loop on the status of the repair. He even went above and beyond in helping to work with my insurance company regarding coverage and faster timelines. The cherry on top was his willingness to help provide complimentary transportation once I was able to get back to the Newark area, saving myself and my mom a lot of travel and headache. If it weren't for Kyle's exceptional customer service and knowledge, this unexpected situation could have been much, much worse. Can't thank them enough!
I LOVE my new Tucson! Christian Medina listened to my needs & features I wanted and then helped me find the car that fit me exactly. The whole staff was very polite. I went to Matt Blatt looking to buy a used Mustang. My salesman, Marc, was knowledge and easy to work with. It didn’t feel like an ordinary car dealership. Very family feel to them and very honest. I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I purchased a 2010 Astra 2.0 Auto Hatchback from Good Value Cars. On collection, it had been fully serviced, including a new timing belt and new battery. Unfortunately, it developed a diagnostic fault, which required the replacement of all four glow plugs, but Good Value Cars immediately covered the cost of this repair, without quibble or argument.
I totally recommend this company.
We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
