Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.

Mike Smith at CarMax was awesome very easy to deal with, very friendly, not pushy. He went out of his way to help us. I would recommend him to everyone needing to purchase a good used car.
2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Johnson City Honda review
We just bought our 3rd vehicle from JC Honda, the 2nd with Steve Cowan. Steve is a wonderful salesman. He worked with us for several months, showing us many vehicles, to find the right one for us and our budget. He was very patient and helpful with any questions we had. Steve went above and beyond for us and we recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to JC Honda and ask for Steve. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks, Steve! We will always be grateful for all of your help. I hope the dealership managers and owner know how well you treat your customers.

In Dec. 2015 Glenn Landstrom helped me buy the best car I've ever had, a Subaru Crosstrek at Wallace Subaru, Johnson City, TN. I will never forget how excellent Glen's customer service skills were/are. I give him my highest rating.

The new civic rides rough and even rougher in sport mode a lot of road noise but very stylish looking exterior, sound system a little weak. Wish it came with a leather interior, cloth gets dirty quick

Dropped in, just planning to look around. Salesman approached but gave us time to look around on our own. We weren't planning to purchase but found something we really liked, and everything just seemed right. Sales process was easy and moved along nicely! Would definitely recommend Fred Anderson, and Joshua for sure!

I have to say you gotta give it to Megan & the finance manager. Thank you for everything 🫶🏼 and finally out of being upside down over $10,000. I may be in a lease, but I’m riding comfortably within the next three years. I can decide what upgrade I’m gonna do. I work in Office management & I’m so confident in this team. I would go to work for them Thank you. See you in three years. Besides the maintenance
