AutoNation Honda Costa MesaReviews
AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa review
Overall, a relatively painless process - the price was fair, the trade-in was slightly low but fair. The salesman - Christian - and the closer - Omar - were competent and personable. Drawbacks - the ear-splitting volume and choice of the "background" music was distracting and off-putting; the persistent press to extended warranty and various coverages was relentless despite a clear statement of disinterest.

AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa review
I had a great experience with Autonation Honda Costa Mesa. I worked with Aiden who was able to provide me a solid quote over the phone/text for the Honda Pilot I was looking to purchase. When I arrived, Aiden had the vehicle out front to look over and to test drive. With a fair price in hand, I reviewed my financing options and then completed the paperwork with Omar who thoroughly reviewed additional options with me. The sales manager Jacob even came by to say congrats. It was late so Aiden washed the vehicle for us. I really felt like the dealership cherished my business!

AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa review
Eduardo was kind enough to drive to the I.E. in rush hour traffic to ensure my spouse was able to sign her paperwork from home due to scheduling conflicts. He was personable and a pleasure to do business with. We now have 2 Honda's seated in our driveway and couldn't be happier with the overall process.
