Worked with William Holcomb and was very fair with my trade-in so in much that I didn’t have to put any money down and it was a 2013. Got the vehicle I wanted with more options then I can imagine and left with a full tank of gas. Also they can me a good deal on their paperwork but I still chose my credit union because there deal was better and it didn’t matter that I went that way. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

We bought the Hyundai Santa Fe Premium 2019 in 05/05/2026 and we are happy with it. Chris, Reggie sale men are very nice and Ali the manager is super nice and helpful. The car came with one key and Ali helped to make another key for us. Although, we have to bring the car back to the dealer twice for Engine light on for service and sensor failed, the dealer fixed the issues because it was still under the dealer 3K miles or 90 days warranty coverage. The services staff are also very helpful. They ran all the diagnostic scans and fixed all the issues for free. Thank you.

Before we write this review and you read it, ask yourself this question "who drives 1 hour and 22 minutes to ANY dealership to purchase a new vehicle?" We did, and we did it TWICE IN 2023 AND JUST THIS PAST WEDNESDAY 2026. Plenty Infiniti dealers here in NJ but we chose to go back To Nick the salesperson and Joe the finance manager in PA because of their attention to detail, their professionalism and the genuine concern for the customers repeatedly both time we leased a automobile. Nick walked us thru the whole process, took time to setup all the bells and whistles and made the experience pleasurable! You never hear that from people purchasing or leasing a new car. Never. This again was handled by two gentlemen committed to the customer over the top. Joe took much time explaining all of our options(tire and wheel insurance, etc etc) recommending different options without, yes without the HARD SELL! a PLEASURE TO WORK WITH US. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
