The service center appears to be back to its previous excellent level of repair and customer service. Repair completed with free loaner car given (as repair was expected to take over 4 hours). Staff was extremely polite. Will use this service center again.
The customer service in the service department was very good. Everyone was extremely friendly. Very efficient processing. I would highly recommend this dealership. Always ask for Brandon if you are looking for buying or leasing a Honda.
Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.
Scheduled an oil change for 1030am on a Saturday. Was told it would take an hour and a half because of the amount of walk-ins, but we would be given priority because we had scheduled our maintenance. They have a nice waiting area and an area were they will make you food and snacks, free wifi and charging stations for your phones and tablets. Took almost exactly an hour and a half as promised.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Everything was as I requested don and James were knowledgable about the vehicle and some upgrades I want to do they have us tour of the service department and we are going to use you for all of our service needs.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. From the time I entered the dealership, I felt very comfortable. The salesperson was very friendly and had no problem bringing multiple vehicles up for me to look at. I actually ended up buying a different vehicle than what I came to look at. Their price was very competitive and even the interest rate they got me beat out my military banks. Overall, I will definitely recommend and be using them for future business.
