I have worked with Tony Foos now on 7 of the last 8 vehicles and will continue to as long as I and looking at a Buick or GMC truck. He is responsive, not pushy, and easy to work with. But everyone at Joyce is friendly and accommodating including the service dept.
Currently we have been shopping for a car for my fiance which is a slow process and while I can't say what she will ultimately pick I will say during this Tony and Joyce have been exceptionally accommodating to her decision process as well as our questions and indecisiveness. My experiences at some other dealers have not been nearly as fun or pleasant and definitely alot more work.
Also after purchase experience is just as important and after my recent first experience in many years at a non Joyce service dept I have realized I may have become spoiled by them.
If you are looking for a GMC or Buick put these guys at the top of your list.

In 25 years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant transaction ever. We were coincidentally in Ohio only a few days after finding the car online, and had limited time. Robert agreed to meet us at 8am on Easter Sunday! The Audi A5 was exactly as pictured online, immaculate, and we drove it off the lot in less than an hour. I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Night and day difference from our last buying experience. These guys (and gals) generally care about you and make you feel like an actual person, not just another number/commission. The no-pressure culture ensures that customer service is a top priority. This dealership did all that they possibly could to get us into the car we wanted, and for that we will forever be grateful! I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market, and when the time rolls around, I will be going back for any future vehicle needs.
