Since we live in Connecticut and purchased the vehicle in New York, Joe and the team also worked with us to make sure the registration process for our home state went as smoothly as possible. To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

We drove over an hour to United Auto to check out a vehicle we saw online for our 16 year old looking for his first car. It was on Saturday over Labor Day weekend and there were several other people looking on the lot as well, but Rodney met with us and was friendly and responsive to us and everyone else who walked in. My son was very specific with what he was looking for (including manual transmission) and we were able to take it for a test drive and put a down payment on the car. We picked it up the following week after they replaced all brakes, pads, and rotors and gave it an oil change. The process of pick up was quick and easy and, once again, Rodney was friendly and knowledgeable. Our family would definitely recommend United Auto, even though it's a bit of a distance from our home.
