Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Bought the 2021 in 2022 bran new. First new car I've ever bought and I absolutely love it. Average 35 mpg highway. Inside is roomy and very comfortable. IF I could change one feature it would be connectivity to phone. Have to plug it in to use the android auto. Blue tooth connection is flawless buy its not the same. Also, the tires. I'm currently at 35k miles and need new tires.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. He even stayed 2 hours after his shift should have ended to walk me around the car, set up my phone, and congratulate me. 10/10 Both sales managers Garret and Cooper also helped create a phenomenal experience and the kicker was the Finance Manager, Nareg. He's super sharp while being great at connecting and explaining complicated things in an uncomplicated way. I can't express my gratitude for his willingness to solution seek to help me walk away with the car that night even though it was already late. Their General Manager Brad is doing a phenomenal job with the most important component to a great experience: the people.Thank you for making my first experience buying a car above and beyond my high expectations.
2021 Honda CR-V review
Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.
