The service was immediate. As soon as I brought my car in, the advisor greeted me. After about thirty minutes, he showed me the diagnostic and recommendations in order to keep my car running in good shape . I appreciate the advisor prompt service, most importantly the advisor was courteous.

They had excellent communications. They provided instant response, quick quote and update after my requests, also with detailed information about loan and buying steps.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

I had such a great experience at Keffer Mazda Huntersville. Daniel Dewalt was the salesman I worked with, and I highly recommend asking for him. He is very knowledgeable, not a pushy salesman and professional. I am in love with my 2020 Mazda CX-9 Signature SUV. This is an incredible car! I went from a Lexus to a Mazda and can't believe how luxurious this car is. Please visit Keffer Mazda and ask for Daniel. He will take care of you!

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

CarMax Columbus review
Michael was very nice, polite and also very knowledgeable. He was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in Columbus. This means a lot to us senior citizens.
