Salinas Honda Gastonia review
I purchased a brand new 2023 Honda CR-V from McKenney-Salinas Honda at the end of January 2023. I could not have picked a better, more compassionate, customer service oriented dealership for my first new car purchase. More specifically my salesman, Immanuel Victor, went above and beyond and also kept me informed throughout the entire process from the time my vehicle was being built, to it being shipped, when it arrived, accessories ordered/arrived/installed. I would also like to mention Steven Johnson; when I was finalizing everything he was not pushy in extra warranties like you get at most other dealerships. My whole experience was extremely smooth thanks to everyone at MS Honda. If this is not your first go-to when looking to purchase your next vehicle you are going to the wrong place!

Keffer Mazda review
I had such a great experience at Keffer Mazda Huntersville. Daniel Dewalt was the salesman I worked with, and I highly recommend asking for him. He is very knowledgeable, not a pushy salesman and professional. I am in love with my 2020 Mazda CX-9 Signature SUV. This is an incredible car! I went from a Lexus to a Mazda and can't believe how luxurious this car is. Please visit Keffer Mazda and ask for Daniel. He will take care of you!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Hendrick Kia of Concord review
Over all our service experiences have been good. This last time was not the best but could have been worse. The part needed was on back order. Once it came in the vehicle was serviced and part replaced and installed in one day. After we got home I realized the EV menu was not visible on the screen. (Which you need to precondition the battery, and set charge limits in the EV. ETC...) I called and was told to bring it back next day. We took it Wednesday night, ultimately didn't get car back till Monday at 5. The problem was the part needed to be programmed for the EV platform vs Gas. Seemed like it took a little long to just reprogram. But overall it's fixed and good to go.

Colby Colson is the most chill car salesman ever! No pressure, all vibes, just cool as a cucumber. Even when we encountered some pain points, it was smooth sailing the whole way and Colby navigated the experience with ease from start to finish. Highly recommended!!!!

The service was immediate. As soon as I brought my car in, the advisor greeted me. After about thirty minutes, he showed me the diagnostic and recommendations in order to keep my car running in good shape . I appreciate the advisor prompt service, most importantly the advisor was courteous.

Honda of ConcordReviews
Honda of Concord review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Chris Lucas at Honda of Concord! A few months ago, I walked in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted: a 2026 Honda Passport in a very specific trim and color. Chris showed me exactly what I was looking for, explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood all the features. Most importantly, he never once tried to talk me into something different or pressure me into making a decision. He listened to what I wanted and respected it completely despite it being my first time ever buying a vehicle and not knowing much about the process. I was upfront that I wouldn?t be purchasing for a few more months, and Chris was still just as helpful and accommodating. We exchanged contact information, and when I was finally ready, I reached back out to him. The deal came together just like that! The process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free because I already knew I was working with someone I could trust. What impressed me most was that Chris understood the value of building a relationship with a customer rather than simply trying to make a sale that day. He respected my timeline, never made me feel rushed, and gave me every reason to come back to him when I was ready. That level of patience, professionalism, and genuine customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Chris Lucas is an incredible asset to Honda of Concord, and I sincerely hope his management team knows how well he represents the dealership. He made me feel heard, respected, and confident in my purchase from the very beginning. If you?re looking for a salesperson who genuinely listens, knows his vehicles, and puts your needs first without making you feel pressured, ASK FOR CHRIS! Thank you, Chris, for helping me get the exact 2026 Honda Passport I had my heart set on and making the entire experience such a positive one. You earned my business, my trust, and this extremely long five-star review. If I ever purchase another vehicle, you?ll absolutely be one of the first people I contact! ????? P.S. I named her Reverie :)
