Dennis was the gentleman?s name who waited on me. He was very professional, and they worked with me to get me the best deal. He treated me like I was his grandmother. And he said he hadn?t not long started working there, but he was a natural salesman. Also, I found it on cars guru not cars.com.

Wonderful experience from walking in the door to driving off the lot in a new car, Tanner Comey made our experience superb! We drove across the metroplex for this location, you will not go wrong by doing so yourself.
2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

My alternator was going out while I was driving and they were able to get me in immediately. The service representative was very helpful, calming and understanding. She kept me regularly updated and got my car fixed and me back on the road safely in time for my next appointment. Had they not helped me I would have likely incurred multiple towing charges and possibly worse trying to get home.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

This is the 3rd car we've bought from this dealership. Josh McKay has been great to work with. They have no haggle pricing, just a best price every time. I love that they carry reasonably priced cars because two of the ones we bought were for our teenagers. I would definitely buy from them again.

2025 Honda CR-V review
We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

Rusty took care of business as always. Some in and out process. I had good experiences with all service work at this location. Happy with this group and my service representative.
2025 Honda CR-V review
We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

2025 Honda CR-V review
I'm beyond happy with my new car from DCH Paramus Honda! The build quality, smooth ride, and attention to detail are truly impressive. It’s comfortable, stylish, and packed with great features that make every drive a pleasure. You can really feel the care and craftsmanship that went into this vehicle — it’s everything I was hoping for and more. A huge thank you to Maria Alcantara and everyone at DCH Paramus Honda for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend both the car and the team there!
