Rosen Honda review
After we made contact through cars.com, the Rosen dealership was very professional in its contact and communication. An appointment was set up, reminders were sent, and then we arrived at the dealership. After introducing ourselves, our salesperson, Gabriella, was very quick and thorough in getting us in the Oddessey of our choice. After our ride, we talked briefly about our options, and left. Definitely not the high pressure from other dealerships.

CarMax KenoshaReviews
CarMax Kenosha review
I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!

Evan was very knowledgeable and gave great service. I did find Allen wrench in my tire tho!! Luckily I caught it the next day and there was no puncture in my tire. But definitely heard the clicking after leaving but couldn’t check due to the thunderstorm that morning. Other than that, which Evan had nothing to do with experience was great! Thank you!

City Chevrolet of Grayslake review
Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case I needed a new transmission, a costly and lengthy process, and was allowed to have a loaner car free of charge for 7-8 days in December 2025. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. Despite the cost of almost $7K after allowable deductions, I was very satisfied with the outcome. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. What is consistent is great customer service. In addition, Roger Aguilera and Chris Capperelli are also great with customer service. Thank you. Lowell B. Raven, CPA

I just purchased a 2025 Honda CRV sport L Hybrid from Honda Libertyville. Davie Berdel was very patient, kind and made car buying a pleasant experience.

I didn’t have trouble buying a new car here. Gave me a great price for my trade in after negotiations. Gave me a great interest rate on my loan as well. Thank you!
2026 Honda CR-V review
Third Honda; second CR-V. I do of course think some things could be better like the speakers sounding a little better with more bass. The gas mileage isn't as great as my previous 2017 CR-V Touring or my previous 2025 Civic Sport but it was to be expected honestly. Usually you get better mileage as the car goes through the break-in period. I also think the infotainment could be a little better. Not sure if it was because the Civic had tighter steering but it feels loose in the CR-V. Honda plant where mine was built should have gone with a different tire brand because as soon as I can I am changing them; it has Hankook Kinergy GT
