The best dealership experience we've ever had! Anthony Campbell helped us purchase two cars, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He was incredibly accommodating, didn't play any games, and got us exactly what we needed. Thank you so much, Anthony, for making the purchase process so smooth. If you need a car, go see Anthony at Mercedes-Benz of West Covina!"

2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
I have had several CRVs. I bought this one new in 2022 and love the mileage, the reliability and the look is good too for an economical SUV. My only complaint is that this hybrid does not have a spare tire and I am prone to flats so I was compelled to buy a tire and jack and put it in the back storage area which takes up considerable space. I am not willing to be out after hours with a flat only to have my AAA come and tow it due to not having a tire to put on the vehicle. My next CRV will not be a hybrid because of this issue. I can also say that my mileage has been reduced about 10 mpg after moving from the midwest to south Florida. I can only attribute this to having to use the AC on every trip since the climate is so hot and that is a bit of a disappointment. I used to get right at 40 or more mpg and now get around 30 mpg since the move. I am also glad to see the newer models got rid of the push button shift. It is very annoying in a drive through car wash because pushing the button into drive will not work unless you brake first and with a car directly behind you, it can be a dangerous situation to brake when a car is moving so close behind. My next CRV will have a spare tire and a gear shift in it! But otherwise my Honda has been a winner.

My sales rep Kevin Flores worked really hard to get me an approval, looked into all options for me so I didn?t leave disappointed. I would recommend and refer Kevin 1000% . It?s so many places I?ve been to in the past and once they see things are too hard they just send you on your way but not here. I also got extra gas and a clean up. Thanks so much Kevin!

2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
We purchased our Honda CRV-Hybrid new and have been very pleased with its performance. I learned one has to use the EV feature often to achieve or get near its mileage promise. That said, I notice a significant drop in the number of times I need to visit a gas station when I use the EV feature consistently. When I put the back seats down I noticed the fit-and-finish of a small area of the carpet was not quite the quality I expected. However, I have a Honda generator and Honda snow blower and so, for me, the Honda brand is a favorite.

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.
2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle, and I especially want to recognize Brigitta for her outstanding service. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Brigitta’s knowledge, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explain all my options clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured... Instead, I felt genuinely supported and valued as a customer. Brigitta went out of her way to accommodate my needs and made sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Brigitta's positive attitude, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out and made a lasting impression. Andrew and Matt were also great to work with and helped make the experience even better, but Brigitta truly exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend asking for her if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. She delivers exceptional customer service and truly cares about her clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

This is our eighth CRV, starting with a 1999. The model hasn't change all that much the past several years, nor should they. Stylish, dependable, great gas mileage (32-41) and just an all around great vehicle. We looked at the newest model but were really put off by the styling. It is truly boring, and looks like most of the other mid-sized SUVs-- a tank-like box. I'm sure it's a great vehicle, but it looks stodgy to u
