For some context, I switched over from the Pacific Honda Service Center over by Convoy xx. since I've had enough of them trying to upsell services I don't need, including trying to convince me I need a tire rotation less than one month after I got four new tires (which they did for me too). It doesn't take a genius to know that some things just don't make sense. After a while, people talk, and people will leave, because people have options. So, I decided to take a chance on DCH, and although there are still some service advisors here who will try to upsell services I don't need, I only trust Joe De La Cruz as my service advisor and will only schedule my appointments with him going forward. I find him to be extremely approachable and honest with the work my car needs. I also really like the new video walk-through of my car being serviced as well and the text notifications with report summary of findings/assessment. These are both extremely helpful and appreciated features of the service center.
2024 Honda HR-V review
I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

2024 Honda HR-V review
So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.
