Wright NissanReviews
Wright Nissan review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Wright Nissan, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle for me. One thing that truly stood out was their transparency. There were no hidden fees or surprises during the entire process. They were upfront about all costs and provided clear explanations for everything, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout. Moreover, the quality of the vehicles on their lot was impeccable. Each car was meticulously maintained and thoroughly inspected, giving me peace of mind knowing that I was getting a reliable vehicle. The negotiation process was also seamless. They were willing to work with me to find a deal that fit within my budget without any pressure or hassle. It was refreshing to work with a dealership that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. Even after the sale, their commitment to customer satisfaction continued. They offered additional services and warranties to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Overall, my experience at Wright Nissan was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Thank you to the entire team for making my car-buying experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Pete, was wonderful, he even came in on his day off to help me find a car that was in my price range. He got to know me and what my driving needs are during a typical week. Then he gave me some options that best fit what I needed.

2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

The service staff are very kind and helpful. I cannot say anything about the sales side of things, because I have not used them. I have had problems with my car, and ended up needing a new engine (which Hyundai provided). The service staff were helpful at that time. This visit was simply for an oil change. They were kind and friendly to myself, and to everyone who walked through the door.

I leased a 2013 CRV today and was immensly pleased with my overall transaction experience. Tom Davis was exceptional in providing me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable before getting behind the wheel of my new vehicle. So many new features of the CRV would have been too overwhelming for me had I not had Tom take the time he did to explain each one in detail. I love my new CRV. Many thanks to Tom Davis and Valley Honda for all your help and excellent service.
