Thanks to Denis! We just came to see the cars and check the price, and eventually left in a Ford F-150. Denis, you are an amazing manager who knows how not only to interest, but also to take into account all the preferences of the client. In addition, he also became our translator from English to Russian. Denis explained all the details, as a result, everything was clear and transparent to us in this transaction. Thank you, Denis, thanks to you, a working car has appeared in our family. And with the birth of the baby, it became very convenient and more comfortable to have 2 cars in the family. Denis, we wish you great sales, profitable deals and only super customers.

Universal Mitsubishi review
I had an amazing experience with the service department at Universal Mitsubishi! My car was towed in for repairs, and Paul, the service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. He was professional, communicative, and truly cared about getting my car fixed the right way under warranty. The entire process was smooth, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend Universal Mitsubishi's service team--especially Paul--for their outstanding support!
2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

CarMax Palmdale review
Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

North Hollywood Toyota review
Our family has been taking our older Highlander to Toyota of North Hollywood for 15 years now and are grateful for the wonderful service we receive. Paul Carrasco is one of the kindest and most communicative service advisors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He truly listens to his customers, wants to serve them well, and has a caring heart. Before working with Paul, we appreciated the help of other service advisors who were also professional and considerate. Toyota of North Hollywood has one of the best automotive service departments I've encountered and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

We purchased our 2019 Honda CRV used almost six months ago from Airport Marina Honda. Today, we brought it in for a Multi Point Inspection service. I dreaded making the appointment and took a whole day off from work. To my surprise, the whole experience was smooth and took less than the two hours originally quoted. Thank you Christopher Magana and Martin Puentes for your professionalism and customer support. Kudos to the whole team.

2025 Honda HR-V review
After 3 years, I was able to upgrade from the 2022 to the 2025 HR-V. This is all thanks to the amazing salesman Manny at DCH Paramus. I left as happy as can be knowing that I had a smooth transition from my old to my newest car along with the best customer service!
