Parkway Honda of BostonReviews
Parkway Honda of Boston review
My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

Ron Bouchard Chrysler Dodge RAM review
I just brought home my new-to-me 2017 Volvo from Ron Bouchard Chrysler Dodge Ram, and I love it! What made this car-buying experience so positive was the time and care salesperson Derek Torres and Manager Bill demonstrated toward me. They were respectful, listened to what I was looking for, and explained the buying process in such a way that I felt confident in my purchase. Thanks so much, Derek and Bill!

Atamian Honda review
If you are visiting Atamian Honda in Tewksbury, do yourself a favor and ask for Tamara Tymoshevska. Car shopping can often feel overwhelming, but Tamara completely changed that for me. She was patient, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. She kept communication clear and straightforward from start to finish without any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. Thank you, Tamara, for making this such an enjoyable and smooth process!

This was the best car buying experience I have had. The entire process was seamless from booking my initial test drive online to picking up my vehicle after purchasing it. I cannot say enough about Chris Holder. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was one step ahead of me and did everything he could to make this an easy experience for me. I never felt pressured or intimidated in the least. I will recommend Atamian to friends and family and I highly recommend working with Chris Holder.

We had an amazing experience working with Joey. From start to finish, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we cared about and worked closely with us to make sure our needs were met. His professionalism, patience, and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even my daughter enjoyed the experience—thanks to his friendly personality and great sense of humor—which made everything feel lighter and more comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine care, and we truly appreciate the attention and effort he put into helping us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service.

Parkway Honda of BostonReviews
Parkway Honda of Boston review
This review is about services provided by Nicholas Almeida. My daughter has been going to Parkway Honda for all her car needs because they are simply the best—we already knew that. But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.

The prices are competitive and they have an extra limited lifetime powertrain warranty that was very attractive. One of the factors for choosing this dealership. On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.
2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!
