CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Honda World WestminsterReviews
Honda World Westminster review
I recently went to the Honda dealership in Westminster a couple of days ago because my sliding door was having issues—and of course, it was raining that day. I want to give a big thank you to my service advisor, Renae Franco. She was super nice, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even though my sliding door wouldn’t close and it was raining, Renae went above and beyond by wrapping the entire door with a plastic nylon cover so rain wouldn’t get inside my van while I drove home. She didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway, and I really appreciated the extra care. A few days later, I called back to follow up and spoke with a supervisor named Henry. He was also very professional and took the time to work with me to help resolve the issue. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. After this experience, I feel confident trusting this Honda dealership with my vehicle. They’re honest, professional, and willing to work with customers—something you don’t find at every dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

CarMax Buena ParkReviews
CarMax Buena Park review
A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really great experience at Honda World Westminster purchasing my new 2026 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. Casey was great to work with. He took his time showing me the truck and explaining all the features. He was very friendly, helpful, and made sure I understood everything before I left with my new Ridgeline. Vince, the Sales Manager, was also great. He really made me feel like he cared about me as a customer and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Sonny, the Finance Manager, was also excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. When it came time to sign the contracts, he explained everything to me and made sure I understood what I was signing. I really appreciated him taking the time to go over everything with me. Overall, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, and I’m very happy with my experience at Honda World Westminster. I would definitely recommend Casey, Vince, and Sonny to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. Thank you guys for making my purchase of my 2026 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
