Schaumburg Honda AutomobilesReviews
Schaumburg Honda Automobiles review
My experience at Schaumburg Honda was fantastic! The salesperson, Spencer, was incredibly helpful. I informed her that I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my kids. She provided me with a lot of information and guidance throughout the process, ensuring that I made an informed decision about buying a quality used vehicle. Spencer was transparent and didn’t have any hidden agendas. She also provided upfront pricing, and allowed me to speak with the mechanic. The mechanic thoroughly inspected the car, and I felt comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I appreciated the care and concern Spencer showed for my family and would definitely recommend Schaumburg Honda to anyone looking for a reliable new or used vehicle.
2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

Honda of LisleReviews
Honda of Lisle review
We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house.

Honda of LisleReviews
Honda of Lisle review
I bought a new Honda from a dealer closer to my home- had a horrible experience back in 2015. I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. Plate that bears the name- Honda Superstore of Lisle. Thank you Brad Brost and Brent Reeves.
2026 Honda HR-V review
Previous ownership of Honda vehicles because of their reliability. It' the number reason for this purchase. The HR-V is perfect for my wife and I as it's affordable to operate and maintain, comfortable size wise, simplistic in its design and features. So many vehicles just have too many electronic extras that just are not needed or even used. Love the clean design and fit and finish of the interior components, dash, panels, trim and seats etc. It's Honda reliability, a nice car for the price.

Honda on Grand makes car buying easy!! Tom K was wonderful to work with. I have bought two cars from him and would definitely go back to him. He listened to my concerns and addressed everything in such a friendly and courteous way. I would recommend this dealership to others.
2026 Honda HR-V review
My 2026 HRV Sport came with the Hankook 18 inch tires and rode rough. I upgraded to 17 inch Michelin Primacy A/S. It made a world of difference improving the ride. Its smoother, and quieter with the Michelins. What I like about the HRV: 1. Price. OTD price was 28,600, but that included a trade in with about 1000 equity. Its hard to find a decent car under 30,000 that is not a Kia or Hyundai. 2. Safety tech. The sport model has adaptive cruise, blind spot monitor and lane keep assist, which make the car safer. 3. Easy to drive. You dont have to get a phd in the touch screen and controls, they are intuitive and easily learned, unlike my Toyota, which has a glitchy, awkward infotainment system. 4. Rear seats go all the way down and lay almost flat. This gives more room and its large for the class. 5. Spare tire. Many car companies want you to call AAA everytime you have a flat. Bad idea. The HRV not only has a spare but lots of room with the spare with special compartments for stuff like flashlights, car emergency equipment stored out of the way and the like. 6. Easy entrance and exit the vehicle even tho it does not have power seats. They slide back easily without a problem. 7. Very nice consul with storage underneath the shifter, along with usb plugs. Good place to put phone or other items. 8. Naturally aspirated long lasting non turbo engine. Turbos run hot and burn the oil and your engine. Avoid Turbos. 9. Nice that it has remote start, without buying a super expensive subscription like a Toyota. I like that Honda seems to appreciate its customers, not trying to burn us each month for more money to get the car to work right, like some companies. Are car payments not high enough for car companies so they find a need to force us to pay even more for glitchy, irritating, complicated and often non working subscriptions? Im unaware of any un needed subscriptions or apps to download and enrich hackers, on the HRV which is quite refreshing after owning 2 Toyotas with multiple subsrciption profit (for the compnay) enhancers. Dislikes: I have not yet had a chance to drive it on a longer trip, but other reviewers sometimes complained the front seat was not that comfortable, lacking a lumbar support. I thought the seat was slightly narrow, but thats because Im fat. I dont like removal of Sirius XM radio. Yes, you can, and I did, hook that up to Sirius on my phone, but that is just not the same.

Muller Honda of GurneeReviews
Muller Honda of Gurnee review
I just purchased my 6th Honda--and my 3rd from Muller Honda--and once again, the experience was absolutely exceptional. At this point, I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. Andrew Tomlinson, the General Sales Manager, continues to set the gold standard for customer service. This is now the third time I've worked with Andrew, and every single experience has been seamless, professional, and stress-free. He worked hard to get me an amazing deal on my brand new CR-V and, as always, made me feel like a genuinely valued returning customer rather than just another sale. It's rare to find someone in leadership who is this hands-on, responsive, and truly invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. A huge thank you as well to Jason Larson, my sales consultant this time around, who was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. And I have to give a very special shoutout to Ivan, who I actually worked with previously as my sales consultant when purchasing another vehicle, so it was wonderful to see that he's since earned a promotion into finance--which is incredibly well deserved! It says a lot about Muller Honda that they recognize and promote great people, and Ivan continues to be one of them. Last time, I completed everything ahead of time, but this time I actually completed my credit application in the dealership, and even with that, Ivan had my finance paperwork completed in only about 30 minutes. He made what is usually the most stressful and time-consuming part of buying a car feel effortless, transparent, and efficient. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my beautiful new CR-V, I was in and out in under 2 hours, which honestly feels unheard of when purchasing a vehicle. After purchasing 6 Hondas total and working with dealerships in different places over the years, I can confidently say that Muller Honda continues to be in a league of its own. Andrew, Jason, and Ivan made an incredible team, and the level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care they provide is exactly why I continue to come back. If you're looking for a dealership that respects your time, works hard to get you a great deal, treats you honestly, and actually makes buying a car enjoyable, Muller Honda is the place to go. Andrew, Jason, and Ivan are truly an exceptional team. Here's to Honda #7 someday!

I had my CR-V regular maintenance completed this week. Excellent service from start to finish. The bill was higher than I expected but I guess everything costs more nowadays.

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.

The Honda Superstore of JolietReviews
The Honda Superstore of Joliet review
We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from the Joliet Honda dealership. We received outstanding service all the way around. Our salesperson was Chris, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris made it low stress!

McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 10/10 Experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles! We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD! The entire experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles was absolutely painless and easy—exactly what you want when buying a new vehicle. A huge shout-out to our representatives, Gabe H. and Deanna B. They were not only incredibly friendly, but their customer service was truly exceptional. They were actively listening to our needs and what we were looking for, finding positive and productive solutions every step of the way. Their attention to detail was fantastic; they were very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of everything. From start to finish, this was a perfect experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Gabe, Deanna, and McGrath Honda of St. Charles. You won't find better service!
2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.
