I work in the medical field, I deal with all types of attitudes throughout the day so when I tell you customer service is very important to me, it really is. The customer service I received from Temuri, AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He made sure I was good the entire time I was there. My phone was dying so he gave me a charger, so I was able to stay in touch with my family when they needed me. He checked my tires and informed me; they had too much air in them and corrected the issue before I had one. He went out of his way and reprogrammed my radio. Although my service time was there for 3 hours, after interacting with him, it was worth it. Temuri keep up the good work and hope to see you the next time I'm there!

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

Perfect family of 4 SUV with a bunch of space. AVG 23.5 mph. The 9 speed transmission is not as smooth as the older 6 speeds. I wish you could permanently turn of the stop/Start. So far so good.

THE BODY SHOP, Manager Mike Nero is Spectacular - Mike is a Man amongst men as far as my experience went with him getting my ‘21 black Accord Sport fixed back to Perfect(!)…from the entire right side being destroyed by me being T-boned on my way to trade it! After owning 2 CRV’s I decided to go with something larger. I’d initially been considering the Pilot, but I didn’t want or need the third row of seats. I’ve had my 2022 Passport for exactly a year now, and I love it. It makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. For the size of the vehicle the gas mileage isn’t bad; I’m averaging 15-18mpg city and 23-27mpg highway. It handles well and is very comfortable. I’m not a fan if the idle stop, but that seems to be standard on many vehicles now. I’ve become accustomed to turning it off immediately, so it’s not a problem.

2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

Found truck online. Contacted dealer and spoke with Chris a sales rep for the dealer went over what I was looking to do and what I would not do. Never stepped foot in the dealer. Within 2hrs Zach in finance contacted me and the deal was done. My wife went and picked up the truck a couple of days later and everything was ready to go. Truck was detailed and ready for her to drive away. Great experience would definitely do business with them again.

this car is everything I was looking for. Power, comfort, ride and crash security. I love the responsive steering and the cars look. It gets a lot of attention due to body stile. Used in our first winter snow this year it handled it with no problems.

I Love My Passport! It runs great, and is very good Off Road with it's AWD! However, I think it, like many other new cars are overpriced today by about $10k

Love this vehicle with the exception of the automatic idle shut off. Seems to me it would put added wear and tear on the starter in addition to using more fuel starting the engine every time you stop. You have to remember to hit the off button every time you start the car. Cruise control jerks a bit while going downhill also. Great comfort, very quiet, easy to get in and out of and roomy.

I really appreciate TLWG because of Bill Lind. It is great that they’ll do routine maintenance on other vehicles. I have an older Honda and they still take my car and give it the best service possible. I mentioned that my windshield kept fogging up and they went out of the way to include that in the complimentary wash and vacuum even though they were busy! As well I love the free multipoint inspection bc I had no idea that my rear brake light was out and they caught that. I’m very grateful for their exemplary customer service. Simply the best. Getting it from Hondaa of Lincoln is pea e of mind. Rhe very good thing is that a got a ASSUTANXE contract for 8 years. The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

I’ve only had the 2023 Honda Passport Trailsport for a brief time but have found it to be a great vehicle. The V6 engine delivers excellent acceleration with its 280hp and it sounds great. A real step up from most competitors in this class that use 4 cylinder turbocharged engines. Now the mpg is not as strong, but I have averaged 19/26 which is quite good for a vehicle this size. It uses regular unleaded which is also a money saver. Love how the Trailsport drives, good handling, smooth, yet you don’t feel like you are behind the wheel of a minivan or a car. Feels powerful with great visibility like a truck. The interior room is great, unmatched in the class. Tons of legroom in the second row of seats and the back has lots of space. The vehicle comes with all the usual technology, including safety items, but Honda has kept it simple and intuitive to use. If in the market for a mid size suv, the passport is a hidden gem that flies a bit under the radar.

it's still brand new for me but I did extensive research online, so I knew what I was getting when I went to the dealer. I know after only 350 miles, Ima love it. More later!

I had a good experience buying my HR-V at Auto Lenders of Exton. Joe, who sold me the car, was helpful and friendly, and not too pushy. According to TrueCar the vehicle was priced fairly, plus there was an additional discount because it had been on the lot a while. Auto Lenders was also fine with me driving the car over an hour away to get a pre-purchase inspection done by my mechanic, which was not the case at all of the dealerships that I checked out before buying from Auto Lenders. There are also some nice service benefits and an engine guarantee if I keep taking the car to Auto Lenders for service, which is reassuring. As long as you’re ok with the no-haggle policy, I recommend Auto Lenders of Exton, and Joe Clark, for a smooth car-buying purchase.

Yesterday the 05/14/25 I bought a 2025 Honda civic sport from Piazza Honda of Springfield. I must say I have nothing but praise and admiration for the team of professionals that that work there. I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.

Very roomy im a tall and active women and its perfect legroom and truck space for my bike and equipment. I coach youth girls basketball so once convid is over 7 can definitely drive the teams safely and in style. NO MORE UBERS
