The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed

Great car for Florida. Not just a solid built Hard Top Convertible but has a large Sun Roof as well for the "cooler" open air weather. Good economy although it requires 92 octane fuel for the peppy 2 liter turbo charged screamer under the hood. Executive model has everything. Purchased as a fan vehicle for trips, pulling a small trailer, and still wanted great features and styling and our Pathfinder delivers all and then some!
I have had my car for almost a year and have had absolutely zero issues with NPVW. Matt is a very helpful salesman and was able to get everything together without issue and Ken is great to deal with when the car needs to be serviced. Great employees and no pressure atmosphere.

I have never had to worry about mechanical issues with my Jetta. It has run perfectly since the moment I got it. Great gas mileage. Classy and stylish interior. Smooth and zippy. Love it.
I first inquired online about a CPO Jetta that was on the lot and was in contact with Shawn. He was quick to answer any questions I had about the car, and was patient with me while I considered other options. Shawn was off the day I was able to come see the car, so I worked with Michael. He was able to answer most of my questions and help me along the process with great patience. When he couldn't answer a specific warranty question, he was able to get an answer from another staff member for me. As a fairly new member of the team, I hope to see him around for a while. He was also in contact via email after the purchase to see if I had any questions. I will note that the tire pressures were low and set off a tpms light the morning after purchase. A minor inconvenience, but should have been caught on final prep.

I have an older large 4WD truck for my mountain adventures, and wanted a new smaller vehicle with all the bells & whistles for fun and more efficiency. A TV ad took me to the dealer, and I ended up with this great car that a friend also drives and raves about. I too am a raving fan, and have thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. Small but still sits 4-5 comfortably, with room in the back for take alongs. I went with the Wolfsburg edition for the extras and fun too. Well worth it and couldn't be happier. Worth a test drive at minimum...and now they are a little bit bigger. Enjoy!
Within six months the same exact serive cost jumped from $1600 to $2300, a 43% increase. This will deter me from buying another Audi. Bill was very nice to give me a $300 discount, otherwise it would have been 62% increase! Audi needs to seriously review their service costs policy in order to retain loyalty customers and attract new ones.

I bought a 2016 A3 convertible premium plus package. While it is very stylish and pretty car. Inside there is no voice activation and Siri on apple phones gets shut off every time phone syncs to car . Also no power seats. It was A pricey car for the little options you get. Performance and style are the two big winners with this car.

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! This car has everything that I need and expected! I used to own a 1991 BMW 750 iL and I love it. I just gave it to my friend as a gift and he likes it very much because it’s almost an antique car now!
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!

Great performance and enjoyable driving sedan. Lexus has definitely got it right. I have owned several Lexus sedans and this is my favorite from the stand point of affordability, performance, and space for all our needs.
I took my car to the dealership for the Takata airbag recall and an oil change and I was very pleased with how quick the process was. My car was finished in three hours. Everyone I talked to was friendly and made the process simple and easy.

Very noisy on road and not enough leg room.
Quite surprised that this type of vehicle is so nosy on road (after the second set of tires) and that legroom is insufficient.
From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly welcome and excellent customer service. The dealership was impeccable and the knowledge of staff was amazing. When Garrett did an overview of my new car he was extremely helpful. I look forward to doing business there again!

Vehicle performance is amazing. The interior layout is horrible. The small turning angle in the city was a small problem at first but easy to adapt.
i had an awful experience from a different dealership. After bringing my vehicle to Lexus of Chester springs and working with a Steve V, my mindset about dealerships in general was turned completely around. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience and that everything was taken care of the right way. This dealership has integrity which is hard to come by these days. I will be returning for any future service needs. Thanks steve!
