What can I say, this is my third Pilot. I traded my 2006 in on the 16. For me, there is no other. Go Pilot!

I absolutely LOVE this vehicle!! I just need to get rid of a car payment for now; but I definitely will buy it again! It is the best vehicle I have ever owned! I love the newer crossover body style!
Frank Crinite came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. The entire process was efficient and easy. Frank removed all stress from our leasing experience. We were in and out of the dealership in under 1 hour. I would recommend him and plan to in the future. Love our new Pilot.

Bought the 2016 Pilot new to replace our 2009 that my son inherited with 180,000 miles. At 40,000 miles the Pilots reliability went from I Love this car to what the xxxx is going on! Dash light illuminated and the vehicle slowed to a crawl. My wife is a Sunday slow driver. Highway miles mostly. Kenosha Honda reset the computer,
Replaced catylatic converters vehicle spent over two weeks in shop. Got the vehicle back all the lights were back on again. Vehicle brought
Back to Kenosha Honda, got it back a week later unwashed,with it ’repaired’ again. Drove it straight to a Toyota dealer the next day and traded it for a new 4 runner. 2016 Pilots are no good. I have a 2009 Pilot with 205,000 and a Accord with 120,000.
Adam greeted us in the parking. I knew I wanted a used car. Adam was there to make it happen! His knowledge of the vehicle, made the process so much easier. He was not pushy. He was very catering to my 80 year old Mom and me. There should be an "Adam" at every dealership!!

My recommendation to both the customer service reps and the mechanics: I have always been treated first rate by all: there has never been a time where I thought someone was trying to game me or find a way for me to part with my money. Just the opposite is felt: if they can save me money, they will. I will continue taking my car to this service department.
Communicated via email. Got a quick response. Needed specific information on a SUV and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got a response. I took too long to decide, the vehicle sold before I decided to buy it. I would have definitely purchased here.

Very comfortable spacious SUV. Hope it lasts 14 years like our last Pilot. Lots of new safety features on the 2016 like side and rear cameras.
My fiancee and I were looking to buy a new Honda Fit. The only one they had in the lot on the day we went in was automatic, and not the color we wanted. Erik took down my name and said he???d call me if the car I wanted came in. Sure enough, less than two weeks later I got a call from Erik that the car we wanted was there. Everything about our experience was smooth, and during the purchasing process we were in and out. In the past with other dealerships, buying a car has been a stressful event, but Erik made the whole process worry free! I would absolutely recommend Scott Honda to everyone I know.

I had 42,000 miles in my Honda Pilot 2016. Since then , I only travelled 2x for out of state and most if the time just in the place. But now I heard some cracking sound when you turned and brought to to dealer to fix it since I still have warranty on it. I brought like 10 times like every after repair , still the problem occurs. The radio fm are very poor sound balance system, start up are poor too, sticking break pedal so I have to used remote start engine. , 1st year of owning it, the battery’s was dead. Now I brought all this attention to the AH M but they regret and denying the problem so they have to protect from damaging their reputation. Thats what all the business is. We are silent but being consumer we should do something about it. We have the right to question since we are paying and buying this brand or product. We are your reasons why your business exist.
We looked online before coming to your dealership, so we knew what we wanted. Wasn't expecting to purchase the vehicle that night, but the price was right, the trade-in value of our SUV was spot on, and our salesman was friendly and accommodating!!
My Husband and I traded in an '05 Honda CRV and purchased a certified used 2015 Honda CRV. Scott Honda was spot on with the appraisal we wanted for my used car which really helped us make the decision to move forward with purchasing our next car from them We worked with AJ, he was very knowledgeable and patient as we looked through the current inventory together and helped us narrow down the perfect car for us. He was a no BS kind of salesmen who shared his own positive experience of his recent CRV purchase and made the stressful parts of buying a car FUN! We also worked with Tom in Finance. He was straight forward and honest guy who made the process of a sometimes stressful conversation a fun and happy experience, which is what buying a new car should be!

This car meet all i need for my family. My kids love this car and it easy to understand all the features and very spacious
I have had the pleasure of working with Jenna on numerous occasions and I can say that she has always been the most professional yet down to earth person you could ever work with. She took the time to explain everything to me each time and made sure I was getting the best deal. I make it a point now to always make sure she is doing the finance part of my deals so I know I don't have to worry about everything. She gets me in and out quickly with exactly what I came in for.

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
Awesome people, awesome dealership. Went to purchase a Honda CR-V and the first contact I had was with Casey Friedman Customer Care Representative and everything that she quoted me was exactly what I got it for. Once there I was greeted by Tim Graham & Ryan Gilbert Sales Representatives. Tim & Ryan made sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle while explaining to me all the new features in the vehicle.
