Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. Kyle LeSueur had lined this all up (thank you!) and then Steven came out to greet me! Totally floored me and could not have been happier to catch up and laugh about a few more grey hairs, both of us. My only issue with this Honda model is .. for the price of 48,160 $ I would have like to get the cross rails on the roof rails that where on my option package and a rear cargo cover. I expected that it would come with my elite. Since I took the one in the show room I really thought it was stored in the dealership. So I called the dealer and they gave me the ear phones for the dvd system. And I call the Honda factory I ordered them at the tune of another 700+$ but very happy had I know I would have just gotten the tutoring and saved 3000$ 🤦🏽‍♂️

We recently purchased a 2017 Red Kia Sportage at LeSueur Car Company in Tempe, AZ. Riley Price was our wonderful Sales Representative. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. We had been looking for a specific car on the Internet and found our car through Craigs List at LeSueur. My husband called the dealership and spoke to Riley. Riley told him the fair price over the phone and said he would be glad to meet with us about the car. We drove to Tempe from Tucson (1 1/2 hrs) and Riley was there waiting for us with the car in front of the dealership. We actually purchased this car with no haggling (we're not used to that), and a very pleasant experience with Riley. He made everything go so smoothly. This is a good family car with all of the things you would expect from a new car but. They managed to cheapen things. Look at the carpets. Cheap !! Worst on the EXL with Nav. Interior lights. Very poor configuration and they know it. I had an older pilot. Much better interior lighting. Buttons don't light at night. So park the car and tri to find the all around door lock button. Or the fuel door release. Finally maintenance intense. Trans fluid every 30,000 miles, Transfer case another $100.00. Differential 40,000 miles drain. replace brake fluid every 60,000 miles. Cooling fluid.... Buy a HUN........ and save money.

We got a Pilot Elite after riding in a friends..We had a Lexus RX and wanted more space, but did not want to fork over an extra 35k to get the comparable Lexus or Acura. The Pilot has a masculine stance and has all the features that we could want for...the panoramic roofs , DVD player heated and cooled seats...even heated back captains chairs..the extra row. Large enough but not a monster. I have really been pleased...The only negatives are the radio is a little clunky with no dials. And the plastic on the interior is a little over powering at times and cheapen the otherwise lux feel of the truck. I have been really pleased.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I would like to let everyone know about Service Advisor Tony Di Salvo at Chapman BMW. This guy is the most responsive guy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with where my 2011 335i is concerned. I'll give you just one of many examples of Tony's excellent work ethic. My wife and I were in Chandler AZ and had just seen a movie. When we came out to the car it was about 110 degrees and my car had been baking in the sun for three hours (btw, my car is jet black). I activated the "summer convenience" feature of the key fob that opens all the windows and sunroof to let the heat out. Everything worked perfectly until I closed the windows. The right rear window made a sound like breaking glass with a loud snap and would not close. I immediately called Tony at Chapman BMW and left a message and noticed it was 3:47PM. After completing my call I headed straight for the dealership. About 12 minutes later my phone rang and it was Tony telling me to bring the car in...at this point, I was a mere 5 minutes away. The really cool part was that I was there five minutes later and when I pulled into the garage area my name was already on the marquis above the driveway, and my loaner car was already there running. Tony took my wife and I into his office...his very air-conditioned 72 degree office...and had me sign a work order and then we got into the 430i he loaned us, and we were home ten minutes later. Around 2pm the next day my car was done and waiting in the driveway all washed and waxed...they even used tire shine. It was awesome. Anytime I have had a problem with my car, Tony has diagnosed it correctly and fixed it correctly and been very straightforward about the costs. I have NEVER had to take it back to have a repair repeated. Thanks Tony!!

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I was so excited to finally get my first new vehicle. I have always bought Hondas, though used. The 2017 Honda Pilot was my first new one. What a disappointment! First, after only about 2 months, I could barely push the brake down hard enough—it was actually difficult to do. So had to bring it in to be fixed. Then, a few months later, the cabin starts intermittently smelling like gasoline—a pungent odor enough to make me nauseous. Again, brought it in, and Honda says “Oh, it’s just because of the type of gas we use in this climate in the winter”—they did nothing. That nauseating smell makes my garage smell like gas for days every few weeks. Plus it’s no fun driving around inhaling what feels like pungent gas fumes! Then, my hazards come on by themselves intermittently for no reason whatsoever if you put your hand anywhere near the touchscreen. So until I notice it, I’m driving with my hazards on! Then, there is a short in the wiring causing my programmable garage door button not to work. All within 2 years for a brand new vehicle. I got rid of it. So disappointing. The only positive was that I liked the new body styling compared to that ugly rectangle on wheels of the years prior!

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Have never owned a Honda automobile before. Was in the market for a bigger car/SUV due to having a toddler and doing more traveling etc. I test drove a Pilot for a week before purchasing new. After a day I was already hooked. Very smooth ride, handles excellent in the snow/winter weather, plenty of leg room and storage when the third seat is down, lots of storage compartments, gas mileage was as advertised, exterior styling updated and impressive. Overall this car is exactly what we were looking for in a larger automobile at the price point we were wanting to stay within. Without a doubt Honda has me sold. My next automobile will also be a Honda and likely a Honda Pilot!

This is my first review of car dealership. That should say something! I live very far away and it was customer service and price that brought us from Colorado to Phoenix. My son was in the market for a small suv awd and Sam had one that fit the budget. I had my Dad, who lives nearby go and look at the car, Sam took great care of my Father as well, they got along great and Sam was never in a hurry and answered all of his questions and mine. Also when we had concluded the transaction, Sam took us to the DMV to finish the title work, he didn't have to do that, but he wanted to, so nice. Was visiting Phoenix when I had a critical requirement to replace part of my gas tank so I could get back to San Diego. Stopped in mid-day to assess the situation, and was told the parts would be shipped in the next morning. Arrived at 7:00, and was told it'd take 2 hours. About an hour and 40 minutes later, all fixed. Great service. Oscar was warm, kind, professional, and extremely competent. Was very happy I took it to Showcase Honda, and will be back if/when I need service while visiting Phoenix.

I really appreciate this car. It has plenty of room for passengers and the driver. An SUV that drives & handles like a car. It's good on gas on the highway when you press the Eco button. Also tows a trailer with ease!! Love the right side camera! I have been stopped several times just to be asked my opinion about it...I always respond with "It's a great vehicle & I really love driving it"

I've been buying pricey Mercedes??? for the last 35 years so Mercedes has been my sole dealership experience....until yesterday. I wanted to get my wife a new car and she loved the look and comfort of the new Murano (which she had driven because her best friend (a successful medical supply saleswoman who put 40,000 miles a year on her car for her job) had purchased 5 Murano's in a row and absolutely loved them for their comfort and reliability, never having had a single mechanical issue with any of them. So, I researched the car diligently online and I went to 3 dealerships (Larry H Miller Nissan in Mesa, Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale and ABC Nissan in Phoenix) before purchasing with ABC. To cut to the chase, I've never had a better experience at any car dealership than I had at ABC Nissan because the ABC salesman, Kass (Kassem), a young man who was highly knowledgeable, extremely informative, honest, respectful and didn't play any of the usual salesman games. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I can also tell you that ABC beat the other dealerships prices by a very substantial margin. Additionally, Kass was kind enough to offer to drive the title other documents that required my wife's signature to her office in Old Town Scottsdale so that I didn't have to make the trip and so that she didn't have to travel to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. There was simply no comparison at all between my experience with Kass and the other Nissan dealerships. Larry Miller???s manager tried to pressure me into buying the car before I left the dealership (not an unusual sales tactic but annoying nevertheless), and spoke to like he was talking to someone buying their first car (I'm 60 years old). The manager at Pinnacle had no interest in negotiating at all and actually walked out of the room, with a brisk "Good luck" when I didn't accept his considerably overpriced offer. Kass, by comparison was a complete gentleman and did everything possible to make the experience pleasant, lacking any pressure and nonsense, as did the ABC finance manager, Travis, who was also an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly and very informative. I highly recommend these two ABC representatives. I was so pleased with the experience and the end result that I asked to speak to their general manager to express my complete satisfaction and appreciation for the experience they provided. And, my wife (and I) absolutely love the car. In closing, this is the dealership to go to if you are considering a Nissan and I would very highly recommend you ask for Kass. And as I said, the best pricing around and my experience was thumbs up from beginning to end. 👍🏼

Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.

I did my research and determined that a 2018 Ridgeline was the ideal next vehicle for me. I shopped the dealerships in Colorado and most of them had limited inventory and many had adopted a "no haggle" pricing philosophy. What "no haggle" came to mean was pay $1000 - !500 more for the honor of buying your car from us. I did some internet searching and found the exact model I wanted at Showcase Honda. I emailed them and received a call within 10 minutes. I explained my situation and within 15 minutes over the phone we agreed on a price that both parties felt was fair. I made arrangements to fly to Phoenix and drive the car back to Colorado the following week. When I arrived, the sales person personally picked me up at the airport and both he and the finance manager had the paperwork ready. There were a few "dealer installed" options, such as mud guards, wheel locks, tinted windows, carpet and all season floor mats. But the reality is I would have purchased those anyway and Showcase's package pricing was less than I would have paid elsewhere. These guys had me out the door on the road with full tank of gas and a smile on my face in a little over an hour. Even with a flight to Phoenix, 800 miles of driving, and a hotel, I still saved a ton money had a great experience got to monument valley for the first time!

Nice Overall SUV- Control Screen is Abysmal

Expect the reliability, value, and performance that Honda is known for. This is a very attractive SUV and I like the vehicle overall. My rear seats were defective when purchased and would not lock back in place. The weather strips on the roof pulled up as well. These were my only quality issues. The dealer fixed them under warranty. The car has been good for 2-years now. I must make a special comment about the control screen in hopes someone from Honda reads this. It is horrid. Hire a human factors engineer. First, the layout is terrible. It is too busy with needless buttons. The buttons you use the most are tiny and hidden off in a corner somewhere. The response time is sluggish with no tactile or audible feedback. So you have no idea if your button push was recognized. You are also a mile down the road before the thing boots up and can do anything. Further, if you have the rear entertainment this system has constant glitches. You can't see what is going on or control it. The menu options for the entertainment are also poorly executed. There is no way to navigate a DVD menu without pushing and contorting yourself into the back seat to see the screen and using the remote controls. This is not safe at all. And the remote won't work from the front seat which makes no sense at all. If your execution of all screen based controls is this poorly thought out and executed, just go back to physical buttons.

I Love my 2016 Fit. I traded in my 2010 Fit and Autonation gave me a fair price for it. Bruce Kralb and Alan Garcia always made the buying process an enjoyable one. They never pressured us and the gave a final price for the car, that was what I was looking for. Between taking Test drives and sitting down and talking about our options, this has been one of the best car purchasing experiences I ever had. They are just good people. Another good person I would like to praise is Jillian Zimmerman, the Financial service manager. She was great in explaining to us our financial responsibilities as well as any add ons we may wanted to purchase. I bought my car without any tint, with the help of Jillian and Bruce, my tinting service was expedited the day I brought it in. Autonation is just a great place to buy a car from, great people, great prices, and great service. I highly recommend.

I scheduled my service on line to replace a rear passenger seat latch. I showed up at my schedule time - 7:30 am and was greeted promptly, taken directly to my service advisor - Michael DeLillo. After being asked if I need a loaner, 5 minutes later I was in my loaner vehicle. I was notified by Michael that afternoon that a part needed to ordered but that my vehicle would be ready the following day. As promised, I received the call that my vehicle was ready, I arrived at 5:00, dropped off the loaner and 15 minutes later I was on the road with my repair completed. Fast, courteous, efficient service as usual.

Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated!

This car is extremely well made. I drive it back and forth to Florida with a full load. This last winter, I averaged 31 MPG for the entire trip down, back, and 5 weeks in the city. With a 3.5 Liter V6, this mileage is awesome. The car has a great ride, with options to make a long drive comfortable. The Honda Pilot is very reliable, and can take 8 people comfortably when needed.

The EXL-Res is a wonderful car to drive. It had plenty of room for our family of four to go on a weeks vacation. My only regret about this Pilot is I didn’t get the Touring trim.
