After 30 years of membership I FINALLY used the Costco Auto program and was introduced to Tom Daniels. He is GREAT! I don't live in the customary 25 mile radius to Earnhardt Honda so our first contacts were limited to Email and Text (my choice). Our first meeting was so laid back; no pressure but with a determination of "lets make the deal that you want;" AND get you home before dark. And they did. When I drove off in my brand new 2018 CR V I experienced a euphoria never felt when I bought a new car. It was clean, prepped and pre-tested CORRECTLY. Tom had listened to what is important to ME about my car and took the time to make sure I knew how to make it work to my best advantage. I went here to test drive a Ridgeline after previously speaking to internet department Scott Collins. They offered to value my car for trade in. I had previously shopped around and got OTD quotes on Ridgelines and Surprise Honda in the end had by far the lowest price. They also valued my trade in a lot higher than anyone else.
I was ready to buy, but wasn't going to unless it was a deal I couldn't refuse. Well I got that deal. Jorge in finance was very nice even during a couple back and forth haggling sessions ¿. Overall I will definitely be back here to get my wife a suv in a few years! Oh and the Store itself is very beautiful and I appreciated the nice Starbucks machine! Thx!
Best Car Buying Experience
Came into to Surprise Honda after shopping some other dealers in recent days. Met with Jeff Pordes who was extremely professional and helpful in showing me the type of Mini Van I was looking for.
The best part of the car buying experience was the no hassle no nonsense and was in and out in a matter of time.
The facility was brand new and would recommend both Jeff Pordes and Surprise Honda when purchasing either a new or pre own car.
I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I ended up with a brand new upgraded car and lowered interest rate. Every person I came in contact with was professional, personal and had my best interest at heart. This dealership makes the experience of purchasing a car enjoyable instead of a hassle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
When going into a dealership there always seem to be a feeling that you may get taken. I know this isn't everywhere but it seems to be the norm. Toby listened to my issues and made sure I understood everything that I told him. He also put it on the repair order that way so the technician would understand what I explaining. They performed my service promptly and found what I was complaining about and then he contacted my warranty company for the ok. I did bring my vehicle back 2 days later for the repairs and the experience was exceptional. Thank you
Will has a pleasant attitude & is willing to listen. Will is attentive, courteous, friendly & positive. He answers questions & explains the process. He has a welcoming demeanor & his genuine interest for the customer is felt. I would recommend him without any hesitation.
Overall I was dreading going to the dealership, but surprisingly when I got there I was greeted by a Sales Manager named Adrian. He introduced me to his Sales Associate Julian who took great care of me. I can tell you that over all they made it a pleasant experience for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted for a price that was exceptional. I highly recommend you asking for them when you walk into Bell Honda if you want a good experience.
I could see that this was a hectic, wild and busy event for everybody. Julian Napolitano, Roy Freda and Rob Motz still took the time to find the right vehicle within my budget. Thank you all. If you want to buy a car just tell them what you want and how much you can afford; they'll find it for you.
Purchased a used Cadillac. Sales process was good and price was competive. Unfortunately, experience was spoiled by Finance dept insisting on making his 15 minute pitch on extended warranty, which I asked not to cover as these are way over priced. In this case $14,000 for 2 extra years. When I laughed out loud, Roy got mad. On top of everything, we paid cash for the car.
Good dealership, good inventory ... just be prepared for their "mandatory" sales pitch on extended warranty.
I brought my vehicle into Joshua Hansmeier at Bell Honda solely because I was referred that he does excellent honest work for a great price. Boy Howdy was I surprised!! Talk about care, honesty, and I feel like the most important with a lot of folks great price! If you ain???t taking your car to Joshua at Bell Honda, what are you really doing?
I bought my first car in 1955 and many since. The experience with most dealers ranged from poor to very good. My experience at Tempe Honda caught me unawares because it was so extraordinarily good. This started with Francine's chat, continued with rescheduling an earlier time to fit my schedule (at the last minute) and extra effort to find another part that was requested when I signed in. The free shuttle was a wonderful convenience - quick response. Check out was beyond expectations for ease.
We bought a car this past weekend and it was an awesome experience! We started the process online, had a few follow up questions and spent a short time at the dealership. Edward was awesome!! Great guy and VERY helpful! Ivan answered all of our questions and understood we didn't have all day to buy a car! Finally, Travis helped us get through the paperwork and get us on our way!
