2025 Honda Pilot review
Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

The work proposal was honest fair priced and done timely I actually knew what the car needed before hand so was appreciative of the fair proposal. And Stephen actually made it easier to pay the bill because of his genuine non-pushy demeanor. I also was able to have recall work done quickly which was not the case 2 other times at another dealership where service was inconsiderate and even insulting. McGoveren seemed very organized.
