Very wonderful experience. Helpful friendly staff, knowledgeable. Awesome staff, I had an issue with my recently purchased crv and the service manager and his team were the best! I will definitely be buying more vehicles from them in the future. Sales team, service dept, I have nothing negative to say about this dealership.

Straight forward negotiations, no games. Friendly sales staff. At delivery, would’ve preferred to inspect car indoors as it was nighttime and it was hard to see. But there were no issues.

Gerald Honda of CountrysideReviews
Gerald Honda of Countryside review
Robert at the Honda dealership was outstanding. I was leasing a Honda, and he made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and never pressured me. He walked me through the options clearly, helped me find a deal that fit my budget, and followed up promptly whenever I needed something. You can tell he actually cares about getting people into the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. Highly recommend asking for Robert if you’re looking at Hondas there.

Thoroughly impressed through and through. Fast, simple, streamlined, was in and out with no hassle, no hidden fees, and the car I came for. Plugged in my finance application and told them button up the deal I'll be there to sign the paperwork in an hour. Car was cleaned and ready for delivery just like that. Couldnt have done it without my salesman Bob, the F&I man Richard, and without the help of the sales managers Brian Grewe and Joe. Will be coming back for the next family and fleet cars I'll be looking for.

Was referred to Bill Tsonis by a friend of my mom's and bought a new HRV for her. Very good experience, up front with pricing and very friendly. They even gave us the lifetime warranty for free, I think its only at Gerald stores not other Honda dealers. Will definitely be back when it's time for a new Pilot for me. Kudos!

Have not bought a car in several years so I haven't been looking, but Bill at Gerald Honda mede the process very easy. Gave me a good price that beat a few other offers I had and was there to answer any questions I had. Not sure I'll be buying another car anytime soon but I will be sure to recommend Bill and Gerald Honda.

Bill Kay Honda review
I have confidence in the Service area of Bill Kay Honda! The staff know me and I trust them. All the cars in our household were purchased from Bert. We trust him and the service department and feel Honda is a quality product. That is why we continue to come back and refer to people we meet to go to Bill Kay and our has their car from Bert!!! We own a HRV, an Accord and a Civic.

Holly was very helpful in explaining the different vehicle features and options. We had not bought a vehicle in a very long time and she made the process less intimidating & less stressful. It was a pleasure working with her.

Valley Honda review
We had a great experience working with Megha! We were able to get a price upfront via email before coming to the dealership to test drive. They didn’t have the color we were looking for in stock, but were able to get one in very quickly. Megha was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She made the process of buying my first car easy!
2026 Honda Pilot review
Best family car I’ve ever owned. The interior design feels really modern and comfortable, and I love all the dashboard features and technology. It has a sporty feel while still being smooth and roomy for the whole family. Definitely one of the most comfortable SUVs I’ve driven.

We purchased this vehicle on the recommendation of our trusted mechanic. We did our research and the Pilot has not disappointed. The ride is smooth, and comfortable. There is so much interior space, and the cargo area is larger than our Explorer. Best purchase ever.
