I purchased my 2026 Honda CR-V from Brian Sanderson on 4/16/26. Buying a new car was enjoyable; Brian is a true professional, kind & is excellent at his job. I understand why he has earned many awards from Honda. In the past, I hated buying a car. I also purchased all weather floor mats and a hitch so I can hauI a bicycle around. I definitely will return to Zeigler for any future purchases. On 4/23/26, I brought my vehicle in to have the hitch installed & my mats put in. I was told they would need my car all day. They offered shuttle service to take me home. Unfortunately I declined because I did not have a ride back to the dealership. So I proceeded to wait for my vehicle. To my pleasant surprise, it was completed by noon. The Service Department treated me with kindness & professionalism. Zeigler can be proud of their salesman & service department. Thank you.

Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

I recently wrote a review indicating I was upset with my experience of purchasing a used 2017 Buick Encore .. the day after my purchase the engine light came on and I was informed the car had a turbo problem and a cracked manifold. The GMC warranty I purchased from Betten would not cover my claim because they felt it was a pre-existing condition…I contacted Robb who sold me the vehicle and Tony the manager explaining what the situation was… they were both very cooperative and helpful in handing my concern and did everything they could to rectify the predicament..they clearly understood my frustration..disagreeing with GWC stating that when the car was approved there was no pre existing damage..As of now Tony is repairing my SUV at no cost to me, which I greatly appreciate…it’s a comforting feeling to know there are still people out there who really care… thanks Tony and Robb!
