Let me start off by saying that I purchased my first car (03 Civic EX) here back in 2017. Firstly, the quality and attention to detail they put into their cars is just as exceptional as their attention to customer care, which is the reason I came back for my most recent purchase: 2008 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Long story short, my WRX was totaled and I needed a car quick. I made one of the employees, Ashley, aware of my situation and she insured the car buying process was comfortable, quick, and efficient. I was allowed to check every aspect of the car (body, interior, engine bay, frame, etc) without being bothered which was very much appreciated. Then, we took it for a test drive along their predetermined route. This route is efficiently designed in such a way that you will be able to push the car more to ensure performance is as expected. In addition, their car fax system was down so I had to purchase it on my end but she happily reimbursed me the difference. After purchase, I noticed Various interior parts were repaired/replaced as well as various fluids. Needless to say, I will certainly be purchasing my next car here. TLDR: - Exceptional customer service - Expansive inventory of all makes and models - High attention to detail (Maintenance-wise) - No xx. Let me start by saying I was in the car business and can be a very tough sell! I spent a lot time with the general sales manager named Ryan Shank who is the most patient and sincere man in the car business. we changed vehicles numerous times and took a lot of his time. I was irritated with us myself and I was truly amazed how well he handled all of our turmoil. He had to run 10 different scenarios and cost sheets. And he was the best price in town by far! Our salesman Greg was great too. He held our hand every step of the way - bringing us car after car to test drive. We even met with the general manager named Chuck who was also unbelievably helpful, nice and very supportive ! In finance, another gentleman also named Ryan checked us out and was extremely efficient and nice. Thanks guys ! you’re the best in the business! I’ll be making numerous referrals.
