The customer service is what brought me in to Tracy's. I had heard such good things about their many deals, their courtesies, no-pressure, I was not disappointed! They seemed like friends the minute I walked through the door. I can't say enough. I will keep purchasing my VW from Tracy!!!
I brought my Passat here because all of a sudden it was idling rough while stopped and the check engine light came on. i got a quick appointment, and a quick diagnosis and repair. It was a minor issue, and the labor cost seemed reasonable. Also had a (synthetic) oil change done, and it cost $25 less than my local garage had charged me, who is usually very reasonable. They didn't send me away with a list of things that needed to be done, either. I assumed I needed brakes, based on the mileage, but they said to wait until the next service interval, because they still had some life left in them. Some places would have just gone ahead with the work. Oh, and they were very nice to deal with.
Our experience at Honda Hyannis was excellent from the start of our meeting our salesman. Peter Stout is a gentleman, easy to work with, answers questions and takes time to explain the technology of our new car. We would recommend Peter to all our friends. Stop into Honda Hyannis and meet him and check out a Honda when you are looking to buy your next car.
We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from Hyannis Honda. From start to finish our experience was superb. Peter Stout spent hours explaining all the new features to my wife before she left with the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone desiring a pleasant, professional approach to customer service.
I me my sales person Frank Phillips while walking the parking lot while my 2012 CR-V was being serviced. Frank asked if I needed any help and I told him I was just looking around while waiting for service. He told me if I has any questions just reach out and left me alone to do my looking. After looking at the newer CR-Vs I thought I would see what it would cost to buy or lease a new CR-V. I found Frank and we started the pricing process. Quickly learned that buying a new CR-V with my 2012 CR-V as trade in was not goin to work and so we talked leasing. Again, it seemed really high. Frank understood what I could afford and went to discuss with his Manager Eddie. Eddie understood!!! He was able to adjust to lease price to one that I could accept. And so I accepted! Until I called my wife who told me absolutely not and she would want to come back and discuss with them. So I gave Frank and Eddie the bad news, left the sales office heading back to service when my wife called back and apologized and said I should go for it. Phew!! So I went back into sales office found Eddie and Frank and told them. I was expecting that the deal was no longer valid as I had rejected their offer. To my surprise all was as it was before and we finished the deal. I bought the car on Friday and picked up my new CR-V on the following Monday. Sean the business manager was able to transfer my special Cape & Island plates to the new leased car. I have had the car for a few days and it is everything I hoped it would be. Great Experience again by Hyannis Honda!!!! I have purchased my 1999 Honda CR-V from Hyannis Honda, my 2012 CR-V, my wife purchased her 2015 Civic and my daughter has leased her 2016 Cive from Hyannis Honda. Very happy with the Sales and Service !!!!!!
Hyannis Honda has always been fabulous, both sales and service. Jason Kustanovitz was excellent, kind and informative. You get the feeling that Hyannis Honda will stick by your purchase and be of assistance AFTER the sale is completed. Jason did that for us.
I needed a dependable vehicle with good fuel economy. I looked at GM, Mazda, Subaru and Honda. After doing online research and speaking with mechanics, I decided to test drive the Honda CR-V. A coworker steered me towards Hyannis Honda. My sales consultant, David Hunt, took me on a test drive and answered all of my questions. On pickup day, David reviewed/assisted with the features setup. By far, the vehicle offered the most value for the money. I highly recommend David Hunt and Hyannis Honda.
Terrible first impression: the definition of sexism.

My fiance took a couple of hours off mid day yesterday to leave work in Falmouth and went to Hyannis Honda to look into options regarding her leased pilot which was coming due ina few months. The options included simply turning in the vehicle, possibly buying out the lease, or even purchasing a brand new vehicle. When she arrived at the dealership She was introduced to Patrick who was the next salesman in line. From their initial meeting, Patrick was not very enthusiastic. As their interaction progressed it became clear that he had no interest in assisting her. When she explained why she was there, He was extremely condescending to her. She was very clear that she wanted to look at the options And costs Associated with turning in the vehicle, possibly purchasing out the lease, or buying a brand new CRV. He asked her how much she wanted to put down on a new vehicle to which she responded she simply wanted some information and numbers to make an informed decision he became frustrated and told her he simply could not help her. At this point it became very clear to her that he had no interest in helping her so she proceeded to leave the dealership. Fortunately once she got outside she realized how Unprofessionally she had been treated and walked back inside. Once inside she asked a few sales men who are present if it was possible to get the numbers she asked for and fortunately they all responded yes. One of the salesman she spoke to was Andy who was extremely friendly and clearly enthusiastic about customer service. By this time she had to get back to work so had to leave the dealership but fortunately had Andy???s information. After she spoke with meI was livid and ready to leave work myself to go have a chat with the dealership. Instead I let myself calm down and called Hyannis Honda and spoke with their general manager Mike. Mike listened to my concerns and was extremely apologetic. After a productive conversation we decided that my fiance and I would both be down later in the evening. Long story short, 24 hours later we drove home in a brand new CRV. Take home message: Patrick maybe one of their top salesman, but was extremely unprofessional and Displayed the classic chauvinistic and sexist stereotypes of a distasteful salesman. Andy Was professional from the start and extremely friendly, courteous, helpful in the entire buying process. Mike and Eddie were great managers who listened to our concerns and were fair in the negotiation process. Jake was informative and very helpful in finance.
We could not be happier ! Our sakes person, Michael Jeljeger, was the best No pressure, honest and genuine A real salesperson that cares for his customers - not just the bottom line We appreciate him and will be back
The entire experience was professionally conducted. Great working with Dave Hunt who was attentive, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He's a special salesman.
The letter said it would take an hour for service but only took a half hour . Everyone was very helpful , especially a young man named Fred Gouveia , who was checking on my car and had it brought out to me after service was complete . Excellent Experience !
I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Subaru Impreza with just under 38,000 miles for around $16,500 after all was said and done. I also paid only $1,000 down. This included sales tax, gap insurance etc.... Toni and Bob were truly a delight. Toni made the car buying experience absolutely effortless. They had paperwork ready to go and registered my car right on sight for me. Even put my transferred plates on for me. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 11:00 a.m. and my car was ready to drive off the lot by approximately 2:15 p.m. They handled EVERYTHING for me.... EVERYTHING! Toni was extremely informative and helped me set up the right deal for my budget. And with his suggestions (which I ended up agreeing to) I now have auto pay bi-weekly. So, instead of paying a large sum once a month. I pay twice a month smaller installments. With the bi-weekly auto pay my new beauty will be paid off approximately 4 to 5 months earlier! I guess as I ramble on I don't have enough positive things to say about Atlantic Subaru and their staff!!!! I would 110% tell my friends and loved ones to check them out. If you are in the market for an affordable, dependable, good looking car... call Toni and his friends at Atlantic Subaru of Bourne!!!
Great experience at Martys GMC. Salesman Neal was helpful and made the process as easy as possible. Would recommend to friends and family. No complaints here.
