Experience was positive with the sales person Gabriel. He was very patient with us and trying to get us the best deal. Never rushed us into a deal. Took time to explain everything about the car and any questions that we had.
2025 Honda Civic Hybrid review
Great experience from beginning to the end. My salesperson Yass listened carefully to what I was looking for, showed me several options within my price range, and answered all my questions about the features and financing. They also kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was ready for a smooth pickup. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end!

2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

J. L. Freed HondaReviews
J. L. Freed Honda review
A family member encouraged me to consider a Honda CR V, when I was looking to replace my American made SUV. Online I found a 2010, with one owner, a clean Carfax, 27 maintenance records for $13K at JL Freed Honda. It seems too good to be true. Exactly what I was hoping for really existed. Then my experience got even better. My salesman was Geoff Smith. His “how can I help you” style was a pleasure. I especially appreciated how he did not “let me get my manager” me. And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles! Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

2021 Honda Civic review
After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

CarMax Langhorne review
I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

Barbra was amazing she made my experience very easy she was very Knowledgeable of everything I ask her thank you .
2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

Really a nice experience buying my used car at Honda of Princeton from Diego. He was very good at explaining things even before any questions were asked, friendly accommodating, saw to the comfort of me and my family while we were in the dealership, etc. But beyond just the salesman that I worked with, his management staff was also willing to work with us and we came to a good deal on the car I bought. I'm definitely happy. Should I become in the market for another used car, I will certainly check this dealer's stock first. When I am in the market for a new car, I will definitely consider a Honda now... it wasn't a make I was particularly interested in before but customer service makes all the difference.

Ketan Patel was the salesman who helped us in selecting our Honda Accord that we ended up purchasing. He worked with us and was not aggressive. He was very patient in allowing us to make our own decision. His behavior/attitude had a lot to do with our decision to buy a car from Open Road Honda—Edison. He remained with us throughout the entire process. If you are in the market for a Honda, please go to Open Road and ask for Ketan. I have no doubt you will be as pleased with his service as we were. 2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Mike Piazza Honda review
I have a long relationship with Mike Piazza Honda meaning I have purchased many cars here. I have always used their service department for needed maintenance and other car services. My experience has consistently been from customer representatives, sales personnel, service greeters/take in service representatives, to the service representatives for the team who service my car as being friendly, caring, professional, and most importantly a job well done. Or put simply I have never been disappointed and this is what keeps me coming back to purchase my next car. I recommend this dealership and if you buy your next car here I hope you have the same experience as me.
2018 Honda Fit review
This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!

Global Auto Outlet review
I had a great experience at this dealership. The staff were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions clearly. They were not pushy and gave me time to decide. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
2021 Honda Civic Type R review
It's my 3rd Type R and last.IS such a great platform that I had to own each upgrade. Is a well-balanced car. It spacious enough to be a daily, fun enough to take it to the track, reliable enough to put miles on without worry.

2018 Honda Fit review
This fit has good visibility and is very responsive. It is quite comfortable and the gas mileage is excellent. The road hazard alerts are a bit over-reactive and not always accurate but this feature can be deactivated. I love the fit so much that I have bought a second one for family members to use.
