Saturday, July 8th; went to Crest Honda for the first, routine oil change and maintenance check-up since buying my 2017, Civic EX-L this year. It was a Saturday afternoon and a very busy one at that, I figured I'd be there for some time. But to my surprise, I was in and out of there in under an hour (didn't even finish my popcorn).
Tony Pham was my Service Advisor and a very pleasant guy to work with. He went over the multi-point vehicle inspection checklist before they even started and again after my car was complete, which was very prompt I might add.
He discussed the results with me and answered any/all questions I had, never felling rushed by doing so.
He ensured I left feeling completely satisfied as well as appreciated. He was awesome to work with and hope to repeatedly deal with him again on my visits!
One more note, I'm sorry but don't know the name of the Service Department Manager that day, but overheard him speaking and consoling an employee on phone; he didn't know this though. It sounded as if the employee called this manager, checking to see if he needed to come on in to work. As busy as they were, the manager assured him it had slowed down and they would be fine, he needed to stay put and take care of his mother. He was very empathetic and caring to this employee, which speaks volumes in my book, and more of a rarity these days.
Needless to say, I was more than 100% completely satisfied with my visit and no doubt will definitely return.
It was an awesome visit, lol, who says that about a flipping oil change? ;)
