This is my 3rd Car from this dealer. The only reason for coming to this dealer is Howard Krick. He knows exactly what a customer is looking for. And he always educate you about the available options. I met sales manager Tony at this dealer for the first time and he super patiently listened all my questions and concerns. And he was simply best at everything. I will definitely recommend Nissan buyers to stop by Nissan Gerald in Naperville at Ogden and see these two guys Howard and Tony and they will make your buying experience a celebration.
Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
I started with Andrea in the Internet Sales Dept, she got back to me quickly and with a great price. I showed up and worked with Bill Rhodes(2nd time I have purchased a car from him). He is an excellent salesman and you should ask for him. Overall a great and straight forward experience.
I was looking at the Civics for the last 60 days and going between multiple Honda dealerships. Walked into 1 and left after 30 minutes (still amazed that sales people don't realize that a woman can actually buy a car without a male companion). I started with Maria Almanza in the Internet Sales Dept and got a great eprice on 2 different Civic models. Went in that evening and met with Bill Rieman. Sat in 2 cars and instantly knew which one I wanted. Test drove in the snow and ice that evening and put the deposit down. Came in the next day to finish the transaction.
Was approached by Freddy when we came to the dealer. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. He was helpful and easy to deal with. Time spent at the dealer was shorter than I had anticipated for the purchase of a new vehicle. I absolutely love my 2019 Forester!!
They are very friendly but I don???t give 5 star because it takes time to wait a while. Almost 2 hr for oil change and rotate tiles. I made reservation to do so. If they can do a bit faster, that would be great!
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The service included this but also checked out the car. Everything was done within the time promised, while I waited. Everyone was friendly and made sure that I was well taken care of.
My Beetle wouldn't start. We jumped it and brought it in. Scott in Service couldn't have been nicer. He had my car looked at and a new battery installed within 2 hours. I appreciate the attentive service.
Well we towed car there because the wife drained the battery, on acount she doesn't know how to start a car, she left the lights on in the first place. Scott out service guy really took care of me from start to finish, explaining everything in detail as we went along
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Recently bought a2019 Dodge Durango from Bettenhousin Jeep dodge and ram. I would I highly recommend this dealer and espically nick nowak. He was easy to work with and doesn???t pressure you into by anything. He is also up front about everything which is a breath of fresh air
i was helped by a gentleman named Xavier Miller. He was helpful by answering all my questions and getting my into a car i wanted at a reasonable price. He helped my set up my phone and waze for the Subaru and gave me tips while driving/using a Subaru! Would highly recommend!
Once you go to a few dealers you start to see a trend of how they just want to sell you a car. This was one of my last three places on my list to visit but it easily became my last. The salesman, Bryan Garcia I believe, was extremely helpful and broke away from that role of a pushy salesman. He answered all my questions and made me really feel like he actually cared I left happy. For all future car purchases I will definitely be coming to Bryan first for help before anyone else. I could have hoped for a better experience.
While browsing for a new ILX I spoke with Tony Vukosavljevic and was extremely satisfied in his friendly, honest, and informative approach to helping me in my search. I will be considering all my options and definitely will be visiting Tony again when I'm ready to make a purchase.
