I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I can honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). However, what really made the experience worthwhile and very appreciable was the salesperson Matheus. "Matt" is really a great salesperson. Much different from others I have met and dealt with. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I met with two salesmen during the course of a week, Jon M and Richard G. Both went over and above when assisting me with the vehicle even at closing time. I would recommend them for your car purchasing needs.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

Bought our 2022 Passport at Boch Honda West and felt no pressure from Mike or Rich during the process. Service over the past year has been seamless and stress free. Very accommodating when a timely recall was needed. Supplied a rental without issue.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Frederick helped us with the car, he is everything you want in a salesman. Frederick listened to what we wanted in a car, worked with our price range, he wasn’t that typical car salesman you always hear about, he was great, truly caring. I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. I hadn't planned to come back so quickly for another new car but Tucker and Jay made a very stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this dealership

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I rarely post reviews, but I I am making an exception because I need to make sure that this gets out! I despise car shopping. I think the cost of vehicles is absurd, and I go into a panic every three years when my lease runs out. I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT RON BOUCHARD! I have been telling everybody I know (and don’t!) that if they need a vehicle do not go anywhere else but Ron Bouchard, specifically Lancaster, and ASK FOR LUIS RIVERA! Luis was amazing, and I say that with my whole chest. From the moment we walked in, he was 100% interested in what I needed, NOT what would make him the most money. I was ready to have to plead my case about monthly payments and how I really wanted to buy out the lease when Luis said, unprompted, “You know, you are in a really good position to buy out your lease.” 😳 The relief I felt leaving that dealership is like nothing I have experienced in the last three leases from “Herb”, where the goal is to push you to the absolute max you can pay a month, plus a few extra. Not true at Ron’s house! You can tell they are interested in helping and building trust. They want you to come back! They want you to tell others to go there! Repeat business is critical for these guys, and I want to make sure that they get as much as possible. I also have to mention Eddie Osorio, the finance manager we worked with. Again, completely transparent about what was happening at every turn. Numbers make my head hurt, but Eddie clearly explained everything with no high pressure sales, just the pros and cons of each option. I could not be happier with the outcome. Putting business aside, these are just really good human beings. Good energy throughout the entire dealership. I could not have imagined I would be raving about a car buying experience, but here we are! Look, there are a million places to get a car. I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model S 100D at Metro West Auto Sales. It took a bit longer than anticipated due to some issues that needed to be addressed, but nevertheless they were addressed properly. The transaction overall was quite smooth and fair and I was contacted every couple of days with a status update. They offer vehicles with great pricing and they do not up-charge later with ridiculous priced doc. fee or any hidden fees. Eugene, Igor and Jana were always courteous and professional. No pressure tactics. They also assisted me with the incentives (state rebate and federal tax credit). I will definitely recommend them and consider them for my next vehicle purchase.

if you want a car that will last for 200,000 miles and probably longer get a honda odyssey we have had 3 and only replaced tires, wipers, bulbs ,oil , batteries

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. We purchased a 2016 Elite (Certifiex) after owning 3 second generation Odysseys 1999/2001/2003 (22 years and almost 300k miles without a single problem). We gave our 2003 to our son who has a newborn and purchased Elite. I was never real big on the styling and and basically refused to look at them until a few weeks ago until we found our Elite with low low miles. What an amazing vehicle we aquired. The ride, the comfort, the features and accessories are incredible. This is our 11th Honda and is by far thee best vehicle that we have purchased. We anticipate another Honda that will serve our family with stellar dependability.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.
