This was a good car-buying experience. The salesman was Richard Cortez and he was calm, practical, listened to what I said and didn’t try to override me. No one at this dealership wasted time, and although everyone wants to get the best deal possible, especially a car dealership, I never felt less than in control of the negotiation or pressured. I felt that Richard had his manager’s support throughout. Everyone was nice as well as low key, including the finance manager I dealt with. I like the CX5 I bought, but to put the cherry on top, the GM of the dealership, largest in the city, thanked me for my business. Kudos to North Park Mazda.

What can I say, this is my third Pilot. I traded my 2006 in on the 16. For me, there is no other. Go Pilot!
Customer service was amazing and the process was fast. I just picked out the truck i wanted online and went to sign papers amd drove off. Its that easy, i recommend Carmax to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I happened to view the sight and seen 3 cars to my liking. I was called immediately. Danny K actually got the ball rolling and transferred the vehicle from A to B in less then a week. My husband and I were just going to see the car and fell in love. We drove her home that night. The process was extremely quick.

One of the most dependable cars I've ever owned, very comfortable very friendly located features.
Drove it on quite a few long trips and enjoyed the complete trip.
I always dread shopping for a new vehicle. High pressure sales and back and forth negotiations are not my thing. Thanks to Lou Syring, we had a great experience! No pressure, never tried to talk me into something I did not want, and worked HARD to meet my budget. He even found a $1000 discount through my Sam's Club membership!

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
Ancira is an excellent dealership in San Antonio. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided the best customer service of any dealership I’ve ever visited. Customer for life!

I was afraid to look at the Civic because I am 5'9" and thought it would be too tight. This is my second Civic. There is plenty of room. It is very dependable. Gets good mileage - 29 around city. Easy to maneuver. I don't think I would ever stray from a Honda. I love it.
Absolutely wonderful experience! We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past couple years and wouldn't deal with anyone but Ancira! No pressure, no hassle, and extremely helpful ~ answered all the questions we had and made us feel comfortable in the decisions we were making.
The service department is by far the best! Very helpful, friendly and always take the time to explain all work done ~ and always kept up to date about the work being done.
Best auto group in town ~ would never buy from anyone other than Ancira!

I traded a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze for 2016 Honda Civic. There is a vast difference between the two cars and Dealerships. I love Hendrick’s Honda and my 2016 Honda Civic 💯
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)

This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
Arrived there for Service, Oil Change and Check Alignment. Prompt service. Very Clean stalls. Great Customer Service by everyone there. Great deal on value of services.

This car has met all my needs, especially the driver's seat being comfortable. I have severe back problems and getting something that was comfortable for me was a priority. You do have to get power seats, though, to achieve that. Manual seats in the CR-V were not good for me. So far, it has been a nice driving vehicle and heats up great in the winter.
Great place for service or shopping for new honda. Customer service is also very nice. Had plenty of drinks and snacks during servicing of my vehicle

I loved owning this minivan. It handled great, was easy to pack with two kids, two dogs, and two bulky car seats. Easily seated three adults in the third row. Great on road trips. Biggest drawback was it only had one USB port and it was in the glove box. Did have plenty of power outlets and cup holders. Very easy to move seats or remove seats for carrying larger loads.
I was pleasantly greeted by David Collins in the Service Department and Wade Bailey form Parts Department. From time of checkin to checkout I felt like a valued customer. I will definitely take my vehicle back. They treat you right!

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
I brought my 2015 Honda for an oil change and to take care of some codes that had popped up. I was greeted by David Collins who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining exactly what those codes meant. I figured I would be there for a while given the amount of work that my vehicle required but to my surprise David had me out of there in less than an hour.

This car served our family if four well. 3rd row have additional seating when needed. Cargo space is great. Kids loved the DVD player... And so did we!
My experience with BB JEEP was overall a success. From the time I met Russ in the Parking lot to signing papers with Sheli. It was smooth and stress-free. Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. I felt he was sincere and trust-worthy. He wasn’t your typical car saleamen trying to close a deal and superficial. He brought back the small town feel of authentic conversations and sharing a piece of his life with me. Thanks, Russ! I’m extremely content with my New Jeep Cherokee purchase and I appreciate the great experience.
