It was actually my husband who took my car for service. He was treated well, the mechanic was thorough and professional, and although it was a longer, more expensive experience than anticipated, those things seem to be typical and not actually faults of the service department. He appreciated being able to see Jim Raglow, who is our favorite sales person ever. This is why we refer froze de to your dealership - good people, good service, and kind treatment. Thanks!

Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann ArborReviews
Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor review
Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! Lastly, I needed to ship the vehicle to Indiana and Brandon connected me with Runner Runner Transport. Long story short, the car was delivered to my son within 48 hours, without incident, and HE LOVES THE CAR!!
